I felt like I would be murdered. The place was filthy and nothing worked. I would have left but I really only needed a bed to sleep in. My kids wanted to swim in the pool but it was gross and not open. There were open tuna cans in the drink machine. There was no breakfast and it was just a disgusting place. Never stay here!

Two floors of missing windows birds flying in and out of the building construction equipment all around building no front lobby. We had to go around the building to the back door where a makeshift front desk made from a plastic folding table. Too late to make new arrangements we were exhausted slept in clothes on top of bedding. Plastic tub cracked on the bottom don’t know where water was leaking to when I was showering? My son’s room had a sink that was falling away from the wall. I didn’t see the extent of the horrendous conditions of the exterior until morning. That’s when I noticed the windows missing and that only what looked like 1/2 of second floor of the hotel was being used for guests and the rest of the hotel was under extensive construction that was obviously still at the demolition portion. No lights were visible from the front when we arrived even their sign was not lit. Expedia has to do better than this. This hotel should not have even been open for guests in this condition it’s shameful. If Expedia is going to promote these locations without ensuring that the hotel is safe and in good condition before not after even one complaint then I’m completely done with using your site. At the very least an apology is due.

We stayed here a couple of times, this time the hotel is under new management. Front desk staff not friendly at all. hotel is going The price of $175 for 1 night included breakfast, they failed to say when i called that there will be no breakfast served as well as the place is being renovated, complete mess. Room smelled, toilet seat old and beat up, hot tub not working. Not worth the money. They could had reduced price considering all that you are not getting. Next time Ramada

The entire hotel is under construction. Walls ripped out, 80% of the structure is closed off, completely gutted. The lobby room is gone. There is a makeshift lobby around the back of the building, half of the room is covered in black plastic drop cloths. Our room is clean, but the moment you step out everything wreaks of cigarette smoke. The elevator did not work. No where on Expedia did it say that the hotel was under construction. It feels like you’re staying in a haunted, condemned building. We checked in too late at night to be able to find other accommodations

I’m sure that when the construction is done it will be nice

It is absolutely outrageous that you are renting rooms in this hotel. The restaurant you cite is gutted, the entire hotel is gutted. There are tarps for walls and elevators that sort of work. The lobby is totally gone so they take you in a side door off of a DARK PARKING AREA FULL OF STACKS OF OLD MATTRESSES AND GUTTED FURNITURE all of the windows are broken and gutted and there are cherry pickers and construction things going on the whole time you are there. The workmen chain smoke up in those rooms, so we had to breathe through our mouths to make it to our rooms. Oh, weed too. Someone must also have at least one very dirty dog up there because I know my dirty dog smells, and that was gross. My daughter and I flew from New Mexico to have a fun week with our other daughter and we will probably never find ourselves in the place to do that again. But we avoided coming back to be with each other because it was foul. I’m taking this as high up the line as I possible can because this was the most outrageous, disgusting, offensive place I’ve ever seen and I was trapped there trying to have special time with my daughters. I didn’t know where else to go or how to get out of the Expedia deal, but I should have. This was absolutely disgusting and you should give everyone their money back. It’s gross and should be shut down and condemned. Actually, why hasn't it been? I think that’s a question for my lawyer.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever booked through Hotels.com. The hotel was under complete renovation. The restaurant was not available because it was under construction. Carpeted hallways were dirty, and suspected blood stains in one area. Lobby was in poorly lit back area. Very sketchy. On the plus side, hotel staff was very friendly and hard working. Rooms were kept clean! Renovations should be complete by May / June 2026.

I honestly can’t believe it’s legal for this place to be open. It’s under construction. To charge $175 a night is literally stealing from people. The parking lot is full of beds being thrown away, cranes everywhere, and check-in was behind the building through a back door because the front is completely torn up. It’s almost like there was a fire here or something. While I reserved a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke in the hallway is so strong it comes through the door. The pool area has yellow tape around it, and it seems like there are homeless families living here. When I checked in children were playing in areas under construction. Honestly one of the strangest experiences of my life. Either they have zero codes to follow in Connecticut or this place is getting away with a million violations.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. The staff was friendly and polite, but the old rooms a really not worth the rate they are charging. The room was clean, but there are some things that are just not working. If the rate were lower, I would not have had an issue.

The Staff was nice, but seems like all the rooms are handicap accessible which is nice but for me and my boyfriend it wasn’t. Since the sink is all the way down low the toilet is very small and low. This wasn’t comfortable for a 6ft guy. The room it self is just outdated wasn’t bad. But the doors all had cracks and in need of replacing asap!

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but this place was so terrible I feel obligated to warn others. The hotel is extremely unsanitary, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. It is directly across from a strip club, and during my short stay there was open prostitution happening in the building. Women were walking the hallways in bras and underwear, and the environment was chaotic and threatening. There was no staff at the front desk, the room phone did not work, and when I requested to leave through Expedia only six hours after checking in, hotel staff began aggressively banging on my door while I was still on hold with Expedia. Strangely, they immediately answered Expedia’s call — but ignored me when I rang the front desk bell. The noise was unbearable: people screaming, running up and down the hallways, and pounding on doors. The upkeep of the property is deplorable. This hotel is absolutely not for families, not for anyone concerned with safety, and not for anyone who expects even the most basic level of cleanliness or professionalism. I refused to spend the night and left immediately. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.
