Charming 1-bedroom villa with gallery, spacious veranda (garden furniture) and secluded terrace with splendid view on the lagune (10m) and the mountain "La Clape". Parking place in the residence. 5 people maxi, perfect for 4. Pets allowed. WIFI. No heating installation.

Ground floor: living and dining room in the veranda, kitchen with micro-wave, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge and dishwasher. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), shower room with toilet and washing machine.
Gallery: 1 double bed (160x200), TV (only german channels), Hifi, bed-settee 90x190, separate toilet.
Free parking in the residence.
