Somos clientes frecuentes de este hotel desde que lo abrieron hace algunos años. Esta ubicado en el punto exacto de conveniencia para nosotros. La atención siempre ha sido excelente así como las instalaciones. Desafortunadamente, en esta última visita nos hemos encontrado con situaciones muy molestas, y hasta cierto punto increíbles, que me hacen pensar en cambiar de hotel. No es agradable llegar a tu hotel a descansar y encontrarte con el piso entero con unos olores a fonda extranjera qué sé meten a tu habitación si no entras a velocidad luz y cierras la puerta intentando qué no se cuele ese aroma TERRIBLE qué jamas pense encontrar en un hotel. Me encontre con algunos huéspedes frustrados Y molestos como yo por esta situación tan irregular. Entiendo qué es un hotel pensado para estacias extendidas, pero también se que debe haber PROTOCOLOS a seguir para que todos sus huéspedes disfruten su estancia. No quisiera tener que cambiar de hotel para estancias futuras, pero tampoco estamos dispuestos a tener una estancia incomoda. Espero ya estén trabajando en soluciones, porque no creo que sea la única con este tipo de queja. Buen día.
