The appartment has a 6 people capacity. It has a minimalist industrial artistic concept with two bedrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen with kitchen utensils and appliances. It also has a one car garage.

The main entrance and stairs are shared with another appartment.
It has a garage with capacity for one car.

We are located in a calm and secure place. There are several parks nearby. One of the parks is one of the biggest in town; the Metropolitane Park that has long tracks to jog, run, walk or just exersise as you want, ideal for people that love sports. It also has an artifitial lake and a swimming stadium. Close to different restaurants such as Pizzas Petra, mexican food, tacos, hot dogs and much more to explore.
