Oscar who greets you to your room is the best! He knows the town and will assist in anything you may need. Highly recommend you speak with him when you arrive. I also would recommend upgrading your room to the 6th floor, it's really nice, totally remodeled and worth it!

Experience was very bad. The room was in a very bad condition. The bathroom was the worst part, the water was very cold, not even warm, the sink was dripping water with horrible patches all around from top to bottom, the ceiling had bad black mold and it felt like a piece of it was about to fall and it was very duty. The only light in the room (lamp) was not working, the tv and the telephone(which I needed for room service for food and toilet paper as there was none) were not working as well. The comforters had red stains on it so hopefully it was not blood. Overall, worst hotel ever.

The Hotel was good for the price. My initial room was in bad conditon with a leaking roof over the toilet and very loud from the outside traffic, as well as not equipped with drinking water. Luckily the hotel staff was prompt at getting me into a new cleaner and quiter room that also had water provided. The hotel stated that it has a gym, but it is just a room with 3 treadmills, one of which was broken. Do not recommend if you need to stay somewhere with a gym.

Old Rooms

The rooms are old and have a musty smell to them. A lot of mold in restroom. The lobby is nice but they need to redo the rooms.
