Our Room was very noisy due to the staff having the area where they store the furniture and at times taking their breaks throughout the night, hearing hammering in the wall adjacent to our room and their door to the outdoor patio was open. This occurred through out our stay. We did tell one of the staff but nothing was done. Not a good room to stay in. 314

The hotel is very beautiful, however check in process is the reason for the low rating. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm, and I was given my room at 6:30pm. I had an event to attend that evening and I didn’t have access to my room to be able to get ready or rest after an entire day of traveling. The two receptionist (at the time) were rude each time I asked for updates on when my room would be ready. They kept telling me it would only be another 15 mins and I ended up waiting over 2 hours. The only positive experience were the bellboys, and one of the ladies at the concierge. Very helpful and understanding. The check in experience and receptionists unfortunately ruined it for me.

Appreciated 24 hr check in (pleased update on Expedia as it says it’s not manned overnight). Fast response to Expedia messages. The room was lovely, clean, serviced each day. I indulged on the snacks and they were replenished each day. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious.

Safe, clean, walking distance to restaurants

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service was unbelievable. The concierge helped me book a taxi in advance to take me to the hotel at four in the morning on a Saturday. She helped me set up the day before had me paid in advance and told me no problem. I’m just being in the lobby at 4 AM I arrived 15 minutes early and the driver was already there waiting for me. She was super sweet Everyone I worked with at the hotel with lovely warm and welcoming. The room I stayed in was drawn dropping the shower had the best pressure. The views were credible by balcony was still relaxing. I really enjoyed the pool when you first woke up. You think it’s going to be too small, but it was really peaceful and quiet. My one pretty would be to make the hot tub hotter. It was basically room temperature, but that’s not enough for me to not give this hotel all the phrase that it deserves. Also, if you stay here you with a walking distance of a bunch of amazing restaurants that will change your life! I am a solo, American female traveler, and I felt perfect and welcomed. I can’t wait to come back.
