Fine-if that’s what you are shooting for

The hotel was fine — the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but overall it wasn’t anything special. I was disappointed with the service, especially for a hotel in Mexico where we usually have great experiences. Room service coffee was cold every morning we ordered it (three days in a row), and it was the only option before 8am since the Starbucks didn’t open until then. The menu items weren’t available, and when I asked, I was told the menu had changed, but staff didn’t seem interested in explaining what was available instead. It just didn’t compare to the great experience we had at another hotel in Tequila during the same trip. Next time we're in Guadalajara, we’ll try a more authentic place.

The entire staff was more than helpful. Great service at all the restaurants and the hotel was so attentive the room was excellent. Great place for families! we never had to leave the building during our stay.
