The area was not so nice. Lots of homeless people sleeping outside in the evening was super sad to see al that, very dirty outside and parking was very odd on the way side of the building

During our stayed the building lost partial power, were half the room didn’t have power and no ac. The staff was friendly but only wish they would gave us some type credit or even comp a meal for the inconvenience. The location is not the cleanest neighborhood but the staff and people are very friendly. Next trip to Guadalajara I would stay in Tlaquepaque instead of the historic district.

Well beautiful location and the view was exceptional hands down. Great location too. With that said unfortunately the room was left unlocked one day at the upper hinge when it was turned over for most of the day. When I reported it to staff they didn’t seem or appear to concerned. The iron in the room was needed and it was missing (no biggie) but we had to call twice to get one and finally my husband went down to reception to ask personally for one. When he did go the front desk, the staff just sent him back up and told him they would sent an iron up, without any consideration for how long we waited for an iron. When we did eventually get an iron and put some water in it, there was black buildup and unfortunately it had transferred to my husband’s dress shirt. At the bare minimum I would say the customer service was very substandard, I wouldn’t say rude, staff was friendly overall.

I was there for five days, and the place was perfect for me and for everything I had to do for the few days I was there. The staff was always really helpful with everything, and every time I needed help or had questions about transportation, they were on top of it. I recommend this location to everyone who wants to enjoy the city.
