Excellent staff and property in a great location.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel…front desk, concierge, restaurant, room service, and housekeeping…everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The only thing that could be improved is the towels…the mostly old and worn towels are only thing that don’t fit in the otherwise great hotel.

The hotel is in a nice area. It is very clean. Housekeeping and front desk are very friendly and answered any questions we had. Lots of restaurants and places to eat. The lobby is very tiny, but comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

Small hotel lobby but the suite is about 1000 sq ft. Good views and house keeping does a great job. The room service refused the tip so I had to force it which was nice touch. 65 inch TV in bedroom and the living room. All the suites are on the 14th floor which is the top floor. I would stay here again for sure. Some very small cons since no hotel is perfect. 1. TV streaming will keep going out, both bedroom and living room. 2. Room service food is so so, but there are great restaurants near by, I liked Campomar Providencia (5 min walk) because I am a big fan of sea food. 3. Very quiet but on Saturday you will hear music from somewhere near by. I stayed for over a week and on both Saturdays I would hear a bass coming from some place near by. It would stop around 11pm though. 4. You need to uber about 15 mins for the typical Gudalajara attractions since the hotel is in the financial district. Overall great room for the area and i would recommend highly and am planning on staying again.

Cousins reunion

Everything was excellent the food, the service the only thing the shower towels. They are very poor quality. They never put a hand towel either. Other than that, everything was good.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was impecable, very comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is fantastic. A lot of restaurants and shops very close. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
