The Space:
Our 1-bedroom apartments with living room and breakfast bar offer a contemporary space ideal to guarantee a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests: 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 1 full bathroom, closet, air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, large kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator and a comfortable living room with sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Our Check-In begins after 3:00 pm. We have 100% autonomous access to the apartment, so you can Check-In at the time that suits you best.

We will send your Check-In instructions the morning of your your arrival through message.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the quiet and green Av. de la Paz, Torre Luum offers a privileged location in the prestigious Colonia Americana, known for its mix of history, culture and modernity. Surrounded by wide, tree-lined sidewalks, during your stay you can explore the area comfortably on foot or by bicycle if you prefer, thanks to the “MiBici” station just a couple of steps away.

If you are a fan of coffee shops or good places to have breakfast, we recommend that you don't miss out on the wide variety of places we have on walking distance. Just in our own block you can try iconic places such as Sinónimo, Zenguele or Roto Café & Vino.

Additionally, just one block away is the American Embassy Application Center (CAS), making our space an ideal option for those who come to apply for their VISA.

📌 Cancellation Policy
Moderate: Fully refundable up to 5 days before check-in. After this period, 100% of the room price will be charged.

🏨 Service Policies & Code of Conduct

1️⃣ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Early Check-In:
• Cost: $200 MXN for up to 3 hours before check-in time (subject to availability).
• 50% nightly rate: If you’d like to check in at any time on the previous night, we’ll block the room for you at half the price (available only one day before arrival).

Late Check-Out:
• Cost: $200 MXN for up to 3 hours after check-out time (subject to availability).

Luggage Storage:
You can leave your luggage at reception outside of your booking hours by registering with our team.


2️⃣ Use of Facilities
Common areas such as the pool, gym, coworking spaces, and more are free and exclusively for guests.

Groups larger than 4 people must meet the following requirements:
• Registration at reception (date, time, participants, and area to be used)
• Valid ID of the person responsible
• Damage deposit: $1,000 MXN
• Facility usage fee: $1,000 MXN

🚫 General Rules

4️⃣ Substance Use:
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited throughout the property
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building

5️⃣ Behavior & Quiet Hours:
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests
• No loud noise or disruptive activities
• Common areas close at 10:00 PM
• Fine for violations: $1,500 MXN


🔒 6️⃣ Theft or Damage Policy
Any theft or damage will be charged at the replacement value (including appliances, linens, kitchenware, or furniture).
Extra charge for stained or damaged linens: $500 MXN

🐾 7️⃣ No Pets Allowed in the apartment or on the property.

We are not responsible for lost items.
Please report any suspicious activity to our team immediately.

⚖️ 9️⃣ Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may occur during your stay.

🧹 1️⃣0️⃣ Cleaning Policy for Extended Stays
For stays longer than 7 nights, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain hygiene and comfort.
🔹 Cost: $470 MXN per cleaning
🔹 Includes: Sheet and towel change, trash collection, general bathroom and floor cleaning
🔹 Cleaning schedule can be coordinated in advance with our staff
