Horrible experience

First of all Hotels.com is horrible all away down to the managers. No one “emailed “ me that the hotel canceled my reservation and that I would be paying out if pocket upon arrival. Not to mention the none of the staff at the hotel spoke English and the representative that I called to call the hotel didn’t speak Chinese. I spoke with several do people including a manager couldn’t really assist. I’m disappointed and disgusted with both parties

Very average

Apart from two hotel staff who were willing to help me find things in a place I knew nothing of, the whole stay was pretty average. I had to get my room (which smelled like wet dog) key re-established every night because my door wouldn't open, I had no hot water on the final day of my stay, and the breakfast was 2 minute noodles with a few extra things. There isn't much around the area either. There is a Walmart next door and a few fast food places. A few little streets close by with some good food but apart from that it is not a place suited to anyone who cannot speak the language.
