Fully equiped apartment, amazing location

If your are in the mood for shopping, enterteinment, tour departures to our inland landmarks, look no further; we have an amazing, spacious second story apartment, located inside a big property with garden and parking areas, wich makes it very confy and secure. Great location.
The apartment is independent just sharind the general entrance, garden and parking areas of the property, has a study with Wi-Fi, kitchen with appliances (stove top 4 gasburners, refrigerator and microwave) and basic kitchen ware, dining table, and pantry.
A big, yet cozy living room ideal for just hanging, wath a little TV, or read a book (also a big bookshelf with a couple of interesting titles).
Two rooms, one with a full bed and cable TV, two nightstands with individual lamps, closet, hangers and enough space to add an air matress in case you need.
The second room has two twin beds with their respective nightstands, dresser, large mirror, closet with hangers, iron and ironing board, also with enough space to add an air matress if you need to.
One shared bathroom with an ovalin sink, toilet, bidet, shower with sliding doors, and a base cabinet to store personal hygene products if you need the space (we include towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap, toilet paper, kleenex, hand soap).
The place has hot and cold water (for the hot wateryou just have to turn on a switch located in the kitchen about 20 minutes before you take a shower, and of course we as for you tu turn it off after your done with the hot water) energy is expensive soqe encourage our guest to try to save with us so qhen you are not using something jus please turn it off.
It´s located in the heart of comercial and entertainment area of Guatemala City, from this place you can go to amazing restaurants (Cebollines, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Tony Roma´s, Hacienda Real, Los Antojitos) fast food places like McDonald´s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Papa John´s, Pizza Hut; about 9 shopping malls (Miraflores, Majadas Once, Vía Majadas, Majadas Outlet, Tikal Futura, Gran Vía, MegaCentro, Peri Roosevelt, Eskala) and event center (Forum Majadas). Movie theaters inside the shopping malls, supermarkets (Wal Mart), super stores (Price Smart) local markets. Prehispanic mayan area Kaminal Juyu, Museum Miraflores, hospitals and pharmacies, all in a 2.5 km radio (aprox. 1 mile radio). One of the best ways to get around if you don´t have a car is by uber.
And also we are located about a 100 mts from the Calzada Roosevelt which is the Interamerican Highway, the main road that crosses the country, from here you can easily book tours to the inlands, green vegetation, mountains, fresh air, the most bautiful lake in the world, Lake Atitlan; a vibrant colonial City, Antigua Guatemala; or the coast with black volcanic sand beaches. Or find whatever activities that suit you from romantic getaways, to extreme adventures and sports like, kayaking, rappel, zip lining and so on.
The place is very well located to have it as a "base camp" or to have a centric place tostay in the city, bacause is located so near to one of the main highways is not always quiet, the surroundings canbe very noisy specially at rush hours (6:00-9:00 and 17:00-21:00), since it´s located at a second story you will have to climb a flight of 18 step stairs.
We will love for you to have a great time with us but for security reasons we stablished some general rules, like:
No parties, no guests after 21:00 hrs, no drugs or alcohol in the premises, the doors open at 6:00 and close at 22:00 on the weekdays, and friday and saturday until 1:30am (Guatemala has dry law so there are no places legaly open after 1:00 am). You will have the keys to the apartment but not to the general property entrance, there will be someone 24/7 ready to give you acces to the property.
There is a laundry room with a wasing machine on the first floor of the property, you can use this area when you need to, just ask directions on how the washing machine works, Guatemala has an amazing climate so we dry our clothes outside, there is no need for a dryer.
There is enough space inside the property to park your car if you rented one or come by land.
