From the room to the courtyard to the breakfast and the staff, it was all great :) I stayed one night before taking a flight back home and wish I'd stayed at this hotel when I first arrived in the city instead of another one I used...for anyone deciding between this hotel and others around the airport, choose this one!

Room was clean, fantastic location, great value. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and walls are paper thin, but a good place to stay the night before an early flight.

I had a wonderful stay! The room and bathroom were spotless and tidy, which made me feel right at home. You can tell the property is really well maintained. It’s just a short walk to the airport, so no need for a shuttle – super convenient! I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in the area again. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excelente estadía en Hostal Donde Regina Mi experiencia en Hostal Donde Regina fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo y bien cuidado. El desayuno fue delicioso, servido con atención y cariño. Se nota que cuidan los detalles y se esmeran en ofrecer una buena experiencia al huésped. Sin duda, recomiendo este hostal para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y buen servicio en Guatemala.

There is no fan or ac in your room, also room dont have a chair or table if you needed. Breakfast was good, employees are friendly. Locate the place at night is difficult, no sign to show.

Nice Hostal - Very Secure

This is a very secured hostel. The beds are super hard but clean. There was no hot water. The way the rooms are set up is different. We had two double beds. No bunk beds thank God. Our bathroom was in front of our room. We had a key to enter the bathroom. We had to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was not ready upon arrival (2:40pm) but the hotel staff held our bags for us while we went to the mall. When we returned, our bags had been placed in our room.

Comfortable charm close to the airport

We have stayed at Donde Regina on a number of occasions and enjoy the comfort and close proximity to the airport. This time we were in a room that had an unsecured door to the roof, which felt a bit insecure. Otherwise, wonderful as always.
