The hotel room was lovely and very close to the airport which was very convenient. The service at their restaurant was totally lacking. I was provided with a menu when I sat down. After half an hour of waiting no one came to ask me if I wanted a drink or what I wanted for a meal so I left.

They charged us taxes we already paid on Travelocity. It was late and we were tired so we had no choice and in our exhaustion forgot to get a receipt.

This is the safest and most convenient place to stay if you are flying from the Guayaquil Airport. The staff were very helpful, and the facility is very nice. The free shuttle is so convenient.
