Welcome to Millmead Terrace Serviced Apartment in the heart of Guildford town centre. Enjoy a home away from home, whether you’re in Guildford for business or leisure. The apartment is housed in a purpose-built block of self-contained two-bedroom flats situated in a quiet residential area, right in the town centre with all the high street shops and restaurants on offer. Public transport via Guildford Mainline train station is just a 7-minute walk away, with fast trains departing every 15 minutes during peak service and arriving in London in just over 30 minutes. Additionally, one parking space per guest is available on-site in a private drive, by request on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available in a nearby council car park.

For the safety and security of our guests, CCTV cameras may be in operation outside. All our apartments are strictly non-smoking, and house rules are strictly enforced. Please note that Millmead Apartment comprises three 2-bedroom flats. Each flat has its own unique decor but shares the same amenities and layout. The photos shown represent two of the ground-floor apartments. For long-term stays, a maximum of 4 adults is allowed, and a specific apartment with 2 single beds and 1 king-size bed will be assigned.

As the apartment operates on a self-service basis and does not have a front desk, we require guests to provide their estimated time of arrival. They must also complete an online self check-in process, which includes ID verification and an optional Damage Waiver protection, before their arrival in order for the key to be released. The key lockbox code will only be released on the day of arrival after the self check-in process is completed.
