This beautiful home in Gulf Breeze offers a perfect place for guests to spread out and enjoy their own private screened in pool while being only 10 minutes to the white sand of Pensacola Beach. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 dining room tables, the house will accommodate up to 17 guests. Kitchen/dining: The kitchen is furnished with basic cooking and dining supplies. There is a dishwasher and 2 ovens, a large fridge/freezer and stove on the island. There is also an extra fridge and freezer in the laundry room Bedrooms: The home features Six bedrooms. The ensuite main bedroom has a king bed and is spacious enough to accommodate a pack n play and also a pull out chair for an additional sleeper. 4 other bedrooms have king beds. The bunk room has 3 single bunks with an additional pull out chair. That totals 6 bedrooms and ALL have 55 inch Roku TVs, bring your log-in information! The sleeper sofa is a queen size for extra sleeping accommodations. Pool: Professionally maintained weekly, we do have pool towels in the pantry. As well as loungers. There are also patio chairs available to the use and pool toys. Pool alarms must be on from the doors to the pool area. There is not a gate at the top of the pool stairs. Be safe, no one under 18 should be unsupervised, swim af your own risk.

Surrounding Area: We are 2 minutes from Oriel Beach Boat Ramp, 5 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Guest access There is no shared space, this is a private entire house with door code entry given prior to arrival. Other things to note: Please be respectful to the house and pool; it is in a residential neighborhood on a dead in street. We’d love to host you, and also have an additional, smaller house available in Gulf Breeze that sleeps 8-10 people.
