Bright and spacious, the inviting main living area welcomes you with light flooding in from the wall of windows. Kick back after a long day on the water and catch up with your favorite Netflix/Hulu show on the wall mounted HDTV. Make it a movie night with a DVD while the private washer/dryer does the laundry.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything

We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet. It's a nice walk to the boat ramp to sit by the water and a short drive to the beach. Stores and restaurants are close by and convenient.

Great place to stay!

Rented this property for out of town family and couldn’t have been happier with it. Home had everything we needed,very comfortable and relaxing. Close to stores and restaurants. Great walking area with park nearby and boat docks to look out on the water. Beach just a short 10-12 minute drive. Host were very responsive and answered any questions and concerns immediately. Note: all questions and concerns were before arrival- no issues during stay.

Enjoyable and pleasant stay

Easy and pleasant to stay here. Pretty home and great amenities. Host was responsive and communicated well. The location was perfect for me and as represented. Only two drawbacks -- one was traffic noise near the master bedroom on the first floor, which is beyond the host's control. I would suggest a fan or other white noise source. Second was the vines/bushes outside the front door had some thorny outgrowth that got stuck on me a couple times. Not a big deal.

Very Spacious!

The property was everything as described and then some. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, cute decor, full kitchen with spices and coffee condiments. Cleaning supplies are provided along with plenty of bathroom towels, shampoo, conditioner & soap (and a hair dryer). The TV had so many options for all types of viewing. There is a super cute built in old fashioned AM/FM radio system. Full sized washer & dryer with washing powder is on the main floor inside a closet. The enclosed sunroom out back was a huge surprised! There is even a BBQ grill with supply of charcoal! Idk if the property is pet friendly (I didn't have any) but there is also a fenced in back yard with a grass area. The subdivision is nice and quiet. The property is right up the street from Oriole Beach Boat Ramp that has gorgeous sunsets. It's probably less than a 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach or a 20 minute drive to Navarre Beach. Its close to lots of shops and restaurants and there is a Mexican restaurant right up the street called Pedros that I'd highly recommend. In the garage are some beach toys for children (buckets, spades, noodles, boogie board) and in the kitchen pantry there are several board games. Very well stocked. comfortable home. I will definitely book this property again.

Don’t do it. He has horrible communication.

He also is trying to charge me for a pet charge when I don’t even own an animal! My son hurt himself on a tack strip that is poking through the steps. And he never messaged me back to see if my child was okay. Because I did let him know it was there so he could have it fixed before the next person stayed. I payed a cleaning fee. But the first day we were there we was walking barefoot and our feet were completely black. They didn’t have a broom. Just an old vacuum that barely worked. The beds didn’t feel clean to the kids or myself. There was also cockroaches and water bugs in the house as well! And no one took the trash to the street so it was absolutely gross and smelled terrible. The lack of commitment is unreal. And I am trying to get in touch with him about this charge that I shouldn’t be charged. And he’s hitting the ignore button!!
