Outfitted with new furniture, the comfortable living room welcomes you to kick back and unwind. It comes with a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper, two plush chairs, and a smart 58” flat screen TV with Dish and DVD player.

This third-floor condo sleeps six comfortably (7 is possible upon request) in two bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa with a top of the line foam mattress.The master bedroom has a large window with a view, and a door that opens to the balcony over looking the Gulf. It also comes with a king bed, 42” flat screen TV with Dish and a brand new elegant bedroom set with charging stations on each nightstand.

Bright colorful bedding decorates the 2nd bedroom’s queen bed.There is a 32” flat screen TV with Dish a DVD player and large dresser. Another full bath has pretty blue and white decor and a tub/shower combo.

Make sure you always have dry beach towels with a full size washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The condo also comes with parking for one car and a second pass can be purchased for $22.

Situated in a prime location in the heart of Gulf Shores, the condo offers easy access to dining and shopping. When you get a hankering for fresh seafood, don’t miss the pecan-crusted grouper at Bahama Bob’s next door. Drinks taste better with a beach view down at The Hangout is less than a mile away.
