This condominium building was completely rebuilt in Autumn of 2022 from the floor up and decorated with new furniture, appliances and decor.

Experience your Snowbird retreat in style with this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Shores vacation rental as your home base. This 4th-floor condo is brimming with amenities like the community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and on-site beach access. History buffs can explore the sites of Fort Morgan, golf enthusiasts can tee up at Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf; walking distance from the condo. You will be conveniently located two doors from the elevator and in same building as the indoor pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, steam room, sauna. Free Wireless Internet provided almost anywhere in the resort. Resort activities include seven pools; one indoor heated, Jacuzzi/Hot Tubs, exercise room, lighted tennis and basketball courts, horseshoe, shuffleboard, putting green, etc. A boardwalk crosses natural dunes to over 2000 feet of private beach.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo & resort were amazing. The kitchen had more needed items than we expected. The view was wonderful! The beds were comfy. It was great having twin beds for our girls. The staff at Gulfshores Plantation were great! We’ve stayed at the Plantation a couple of times & enjoyed it. We will be back!

Great affordable property

Clean, small but remodeled condo. A little walk to the beach but not bad. Only thing i would ask for would be a broom and dust pan to clean up sand & a few pans for cooking. Be aware no washer & dryer in room just one downstairs for pay. Overall good value for a laid back beach week.

It is exactly as pictured.

Our stay is exactly as pictured. Much like most things, if you wanted to find something to complain about, you can. Our main complaint was the freezer didn’t seem to keep things frozen. Everything else was as it seems. A little outdated. It’s a good 20 mins away from everything, but since i work with the public, i was happy to be away from the fast life. Would more than likely stay again.

Great quiet place to stay

If your looking for a place that isn’t commercialized and just want to enjoy the beach, this is the perfect place. So relaxing with calm water and not crowded beaches. All the hot spots of the beach (if that’s our thing) is only about a 10-15 minute drive. Would stay again!!

Kid-friendly family-fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great facilities, our kids (5 & 3) especially enjoyed the pool, which had a shallow 1 ft end that they could safely play in. The beach was very clean and we ended up renting one of the wooden lounge/umbrella stations for our stay so we could leave some of our beach toys there and not have to carry them back and forth each day. The condo had a large bin in the front closet with beach toys, which was awesome. Our only complaints were that the condo decor was a little outdated and it needed a serious dusting and deep-cleaning. Also, the front bathroom tub stopper didn’t work, which made it difficult come bath time for our littles, and the master shower drain was very slow. So, you were basically taking a bath while showering. All-in-all, our stay was very enjoyable.

This condo was fantastic for our family of four. We liked the quiet location of the resort. The resort had awesome amenities. The pools were great and not crowded. The condo was a lot more spacious than we expected and was very nicely furnished. We loved the keyless code entry, not having to mess with keys was a huge plus! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

Short walk to the beach and great value

We stayed 4 nights at this unit with small children (3&6) and had a wonderful time. The complex had multiple swimming pools and the largest one had a very large shallow end (1.5ft) where our 3 year old could enjoy some fun in the pool. A few hundred yards of walking and you are at the boardwalk. No roads or streets to cross. We loved having access to a giant bin of beach toys in the unit and we took a pop-up tent to the beach each day. We usually didn’t end up making it to the beach until 10am or so and not once did we have any issues with finding a spot to set up. The sand is super soft and the kids enjoyed chasing after the crabs on the beach after the sun went down. The views and pics are accurate of the unit and you have a direct line of sight to the gulf. You are able to see the waves breaking and parasailers going by with ease from the balcony and even into the kitchen. With small kids you have some down time each day, or at least mine do. The cable TVs in the unit have a very decent selection and provided some relief for that. WiFi in the unit was good and we had no issues with speed or connecting. If you use the community grill on the gulf side of this building around let’s say...6:00pm, bring an umbrella and a poncho. The lawn sprinklers surrounding the grill came on during this time and made for some juicy burgers. Overall, this was a great unit and value and we would stay again. The owner provided all the necessary information in advance and we never had any issues during the stay that would have required his assistance.

Cozy and comfortable condo

Our group enjoyed the views, the two bathrooms, and the ability to cook meals. There is a closet with lots of beach toys and chairs and floats that make it super convenient. Lovely complex with excellent amenities. Very family friendly and a great place for a quiet escape.
