Welcome to our cozy Gulf Coast beachfront condo, nestled on the lowest level for easy beach access and stunning gulf views. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Interior: The bedroom features a spacious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of sun and sea. Please be aware that the master bedroom does not have a privacy door, maintaining an open and airy feel throughout the condo. Additional accommodations are provided with a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which is perfect for extra guests or family members. The tiled floors throughout the condo not only add a touch of richness but also keep the space cool and easy to maintain.

Kitchen: Sleek, granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, make meal preparation a breeze. Step out onto your private balcony, where you can savor breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. This is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sun dip below the horizon.

This Gulf Coast beachfront condo offers the perfect escape, combining modern amenities with the serenity of Gulf side living. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this charming condo is your gateway to paradise.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Relaxing Stay

Nothing fancy about this unit. It has all the basics to enjoy your stay. Only weird thing is bed is located near the front door and is open to entryway. If you have additional, guests, privacy will be a concern. Location is superb and property along with the unit are very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Place / location!

Overall the place was great! Our Cancun trip got canceled due to the hurricane and we booked this condo just 2 days before arrival. It was just what we needed, kitchen was well stocked, comfy bed and best part was ocean view from balcony! Lots of walkable places to eat, shop and have dessert! Safe and was so quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Just do NOT stay in first floor!!

Prefect location, no issues and very happy with it all EXCEPT do NOT choose first floor. Our room was in the middle and you can not see from balcony unless standing up and to our right was nothing but a cement wall! Only could see beach if standing up and looking hard left. Only complaint. I would stay again but another level. They do need to put accurate balcony photos of those rooms that have a cement wall for viewing.

Broken vacuum

The vacuum was broken and actually blew sand out rather than picking it up. We left a new broom and dustpan behind but figured y'all need to know the vacuum doesn't work. Other than that, we were very impressed with the number of property staff on site at all times and how friendly and professional they were. Check in was also a pleasant experience!

Beautiful view of the ocean

We enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable and we enjoyed the separation of rooms, both with t.vs. for added privacy. We liked the beachy decor. The room is right down the steps to the beach! My son enjoyed the pool. The additional outside showering area was very helpful in getting off the fine sand. The complex is right in the downtown area and very close to restaurants and souvenir/beach necessity shopping. Only thing we wished the room provided was dish soap, extra toilet paper and coffee filters. The paper towels and spray cleaner were appreciated during this time of Covid, thanks!

A much needed beach getaway

The condo was clean. Being on the first floor was a benefit and the stairs are close by. Checking not till 5 I thought was a bit ridiculous. The bathroom needs an upgrade and the bedroom tv only worked if the livingroom tv was not on. The bed was very comfy and the beach was clean and beautfiul. Plenty of kitchen supplies.

Overall the stay was good. We were disappointed at how small the unit was. Didn't like being by the elevator and the bed being at the front door entrance. The ice maker did not work. Probably would not stay in this unit again.
