Beach View Condo. Professionally Cleaned, Flexible Booking!

This great Gulf Shores rental features a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-bedroom, 2-bath Southern Sands vacation side unit rental is only 1/4 mile from Highway 59, and is within walking distance of all the main activities in Gulf Shores. It was remodeled recently fly and looks beautiful!!! This condo has a super low density with only 18 units so our beach is never overly crowded. Condo is nicely decorated and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances.There is a large living area with cable smart TV. Relaxing is easy in the living room with its private balcony overlooking the Gulf and the swimming pool. Never knowing what unexpected circumstances may arise we We highly recommend getting the trip insurance to protect yourself ! You Really need to come enjoy yourself here. Beach chairs listed under amenities are available for rent from spring through September. We have only one rule: Relax, Relax, and Enjoy

Absolutely beautiful space. Clean and well stocked of necessities and extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry is not in the unit, it is coined across the hallway- so that is one thing to know. But otherwise a great view of the ocean and so close to all the restaurants and stores!! We would stay here again!

Rough around the edges

The property looks beautiful and has a beautiful view but that’s where it ends. The sliding door doesn’t lock, the kitchen sink had a pot under it and we didn’t know until there was water flowing from the door and opened it up only to find the pot and a large leaking pipe, multiple light switches or plugs were not even fixed to the wall, the toilets were wobbly. I called the property manager and left the owner a message and neither were responded to. Also, no beach towels at the property, no washer/dryer in the unit. Washer/dryer are on the floor shared by the floor for 2.50.25 per load to wash then the same to dry. No check in/out directions as stated in post by fridge. We’ve been renting VRBOs for 12 years and this is our first bad review.

Good location

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get much sleep on our trip, because both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable. However, over all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and well-appointed. My only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the unit but was a separate location (although close) and you had to pay for use of the washers and dryers. That was not clear in the listing. Other than that, we would book again!

AMAZING

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location and cozy condo

The condo was perfect, we had no issues with the unit. I liked that we were by the laundry room and elevator. I do wish the beach were a little cleaner (like the pic on the listing) out to the main beach and that the owners would invest in a board work to the beach so it was easier to carry all of our beach gear. But overall, we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave lol.

Awesome stay!

Only issue was we had to put in a maintenance request for the dishwasher and master toilet. Nobody ever showed up and the dishwasher leaked all over and we couldn't use the main toilet. Other than that....it was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided in the unit.
