Absolutely beautiful beach and ocean view!!! House was clean and perfect for 8 adults. Had our annual board retreat and the house had plenty of space. I would highly recommend for family and friends

Great vacation spot for family

We had a wonderful time. The new boardwalk is wonderful, had a steep drop off at the sand but my husband and son made makeshift steps out of lumber to help with transition from boardwalk to beach. Overall, it is well stocked and we had a great time !

The house was amazing. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire house was very clean. The carpets were stained but the property manager warned me ahead of time and said that a professional service was coming after our visit. The view from the upstairs porch off the master bedroom was amazing. Check in and check out we’re simple. Beautiful home.

Stunning Villa in the heart of Gulf Shores!

We had the most wonderful time while staying at this villa on the beach! My husband and I were just married on the beach right out the back doors! It was absolutely perfect!! I highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time on vacation! The property was clean and spacious. It was located just close enough to town so it made our drive to the grocery and to restaurants not too long. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and answered any questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out processes were quick and easy! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Great Beach Home

Fun family get-away! This house was perfect and spacious for our family members. We all had lots of space, private bathrooms, beautiful views under covered porches with nice seating. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee makers, ice maker, spacious floor plan, bar & table seating. The bedrooms are nice and are very comfortable for everyone to spread out and feel at home. We love this home! The beach is gorgeous and the house is so great we have been there the last 2 years and booked it again for next year!

Great location

We had a great family trip. The house was perfect for our large family group of 12 so that everyone had their own space. Large bedrooms & all with a bathroom. The common area is spacious too. The elevator is great for unpacking & transporting your luggage/groceries up a floor or two. The house definitely has some wear & tear but has good bones. The carpets are badly stained in areas & WiFi is not great in the bedrooms. It will be nice when the walkway is built to get over the dune more easily as it was difficult for our 81 year old mother. Overall would recommend the house for the size & location on the beach.

Beautiful home with some wear from previous rentals and cleaning service could have paid a little more attention to detail, but overall experience was pretty enjoyable and relaxing. The view- it doesn't get any better. The house was fabulous for our family.

Best Rental Experience in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach in 15 Years

We have been traveling to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for more than 15 years. We have stayed in Wonderful homes , All Beach Front, All with Beautiful Beach Front Views. This year our experience was 1000% BETTER because of the Rental Management and Personal Service we received from Chad Harris. Chad was Personally in touch with me from the first day I inquired about the property in 2020 until After we checked out of the property. The house was Cleaner than Any home we have Ever stayed in. We were provided with new soap dispensers, fresh, clean, and Plush bath towels, sheets, and blankets, they provided dish soap, dishwashing pods and soap, sponges and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, sweetener, sugar, and even plenty of Beach Towels for us to use. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had Everything we needed, including an ice machine, and all of the amenities that we could have wanted, even a Margarita Machine, upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities, an Elevator, and GORGEOUS VIEWS! The house is Amazing! We Can’t wait to be back there again Next Summer!!

Perfect for our family

This home was perfect for our large family. Very clean and well stocked. Large enough for everyone to have a bed and bath. Only thing missing was a walkway to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property.
