The area to the beach is nice. The laundry facilities especially the dryer were horrible. Ended up just having to go to the laundromat. Cleaning service was ok. There was one day they didn’t come. We would consider staying here again.

It wasn't anything like the picture described. The was rust on the every lamp shade. Room wasn't cleaned. They just left towels. Black hairin bed when we got there and in the tub. We got locked out of our room two days in a row. And could smell Marijuana threw the bathroom vent while taking a shower like it was in the room with us and it wasn't.

The resort is perfectly located and easy to walk to many things. Parking was easy, safe area, and overall, everything was clean. The place has been updated mostly, and there was a large fridge/freezer in the room which is amazing for a hotel room. The pool did not seem to be cleaned very well. A lot of hair floating around, but water was clear - just didn’t go in it because of the hair situation. Staff was very friendly.

Pool was great to watch fireworks although there aren’t enough tables and lounge chairs. Our room was clean but the Ac never went below 80 and it would shut off after about 2 hours of running.

Location to beach and the strip was good. Pool on the roof was cool. 3 beds was nice. Full fridge with freezer and microwave was nice to have. Never had towels at the pool, so you need to bring your own, definitely for the beach. It was hot enough when my kids got out of the pool so they didn’t complain to drip dry. Phone in room didn’t work. So we had to go down to lobby to ask any questions. Guest Laundry area was pretty creepy and dated. The dryer wouldn’t turn off even when door opened so I literally had to catch my clothes as they tumbled. Room was clean but there were physical repairs and updates needed. Some outlets didn’t work. Rusted and weathered metal. Paint and wall repairs desperately needed. Areas near both elevators stunk horrible like pee. Was nasty. Elevator floor was gross constantly. But with all the kids in and out of it and no towels at the pool I guess this was expected. One day when there were folded towels at the pool, every one of them had nasty stains on them. Smokers everywhere on the balcony right outside the rooms. Didn’t hear much from surrounding rooms when we were inside room with concrete walls. A/C was great. Water in shower never got hot. Was Luke warm at best, so showers had to be quick.

Location is right across from the beach, has a pool, and a daiquiri shop right outside. Location beats comfortability.

Perfect area, walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops and especially the beach. The room was nice and comfortable. The only negative was the water wasn’t really hot but we didn’t have any other problems.
