Welcome to Island Royale 503 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. The condo is beautiful, the primary bedroom with the slider open makes for the best sleep. Waves and wind is the most refreshing. Breakfast on the balcony to sunrise is exceptional. We were pleased with parking, access to the beach, and geberal location in town. JOE the security guy was great also, helpful and so welcoming. Plenty of parking, although if you have a large vehicle it is tight. F250 might be an issue.

We loved our condo! It was just the right size, clean, easy beach access, and loved it! Everyone was nice and the owners were great! They sent us great places to go and eat and do things at. My family and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Bright, clean & gorgeous views

I booked this condo for my daughter and I while we were in town for her volleyball tournament, and we were both beyond happy with my choice.The pictures are exact, you will not walk into any surprises. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, tv, ensuite, spacious closet, and lots of drawer space. Best feature was having a sliding door out to the huge balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet, lots of drawer space and ensuite privileges. There is plenty of seating between the dinning room table and breakfast bar chairs. The living room also has plenty of seating, and a large tv. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Did I mention the balcony is huge? There is a table with 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. The view of the ocean is perfect and unobstructed. Truly an oasis. Check-in was easy with keyless entry, and appreciated, no lineups or security offices to deal with. The condo has plenty of parking and very friendly security guards on duty. The condo is also very centrally located to restaurants and shops.The owner was friendly, great at communicating, and very informative. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

The local owner provided his phone number for any issues we may have. Best check in and stay we have had. The coffee maker stopped working, he brought us a new one. I have been going to the gulf for years, best condo I have stayed in. One suggestion, If you grill over fill with charcoal, the all aluminum out door grills do not heat up as good as steel.

Family Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. I had to communicate with the Host a few times over a small plumbing issue in the guest bathtub. It was resolved before I could even say not to worry. Extremely quiet for a condo, which was nice with a 3 month old. Check in was easy, good balcony view, excellent beach, entire condo was comfortable. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

Wonderful Family Vacay

We had 6 of us in the Condo comfortably. Felt plenty spacious and we loved the size of condo facility itself and the easy access to the beach! The balcony was perfect for breakfast and mimosas watching the sun come up. In addition to all of this the Host was incredibly personable and even called to check on us and make sure that we had everything we needed and that our trip would be the best! They really went above and beyond! Will be booking with them again.

Best Rental ever!

Everything about this condo was perfect. Super easy check in. Location right on the beach with a phenomenal view from both the master bedroom and living room. VERY clean and it had every convenience of home available for use. I highly recommend for a family or couple.

Fabulous view!

Fabulous view, convenient location, clean and comfortable property. Easy to communicate with the owner. (Heads-up for the elderly or infirm: there are no safety bars in the shower/tubs.) I’ve stayed in a couple of other units at Island Royale — it’s an excellent property overall, and this unit is no exception. I’d planned to share with my sister-in-law, but my brother decided to come down too and bring the dog, so they opted for a pet-friendly hotel off the beach — so I had the place all to myself and it was delightful. Would definitely recommend.
