LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Enjoy family time in the modern coastal living room with a mounted flat screen television and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Through the living room there is an entrance to the balcony that has seating for 4. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker. With seating for up to 8 people. There is a dining room table with seating for 6 and 2 barstools at the kitchen peninsula for extra seating. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom with balcony access has a king size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows 6 people to enjoy this condo comfortably.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
