This 1 bed/ 1 bath condo on the 4th floor is designed with comfort in mind. Sit back and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico in the cozy living area that has a flat screen television and a comfortable recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a delicious seafood dinner and enjoy the comforts of home. There is a dining table that seats four people comfortably. There are two additional barstools at the peninsula. Enjoy the breeze on the private balcony where you can take in all the sights of what the beaches of Gulf Shores has to offer. There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well as a sofa sleeper in the living area.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a comfy king size bed and a flat screen television so you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The living room features a sofa bed for additional sleeping room.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
