The property itself is located in a good area and close to the beach with a nice walkway to get across the main road and have access to the beach. The entire week that we were there the large, hot tub was on operational, and everybody was forced into a tiny little hot tub. The hot tub was extremely necessary considering the temperatures were quite that warm over spring break. Thatâs absolutely no fault of anybodyâs, however, having the larger hot tub repaired wouldâve been nice. The condo itself had absolutely nothing in it for the beach. No chairs no towels , no frisbees footballs nothing thankfully we drove and were able to bring some of these items but this is the first time that Iâve stayed in a beach condo that didnât have anything for the beach. Some of our family stayed in another unit that was very well stocked for things for the beach. This condo could be improved if it was Updated and had beach items for the renters to use. The check in process was ridiculous. You had to go to the property managers office to prove that you were old enough to rent the property. The property manager tried telling us that this was the condo association rules, however, the rest of our family that stayed there didnât have to follow the same procedure and the condos that they rented were with a different property management company. When I questioned them about this, they changed their tune and said that this was their policy and not the condo association policy. Huge waste of time.
Facility was pretty nice but the elevators were lacking and on the last day they were completely shut down. Try packing days worth of supplies down 17 flights of stairs multiple times. The room was decent with all the amenities but it could have been furnished a little nicer with clean carpet especially for the price.
From the initial contact to the minute we left, this was by far our easiest and most enjoyable VRBO experience. This group is on top of their game. Everything advertised, and more.
Thank you.
Despite the trouble with the elevators (which was eventually resolved), we had a super time! The accommodations were exactly what was shown...very comfy and clean with a beautiful view. The walkover to the beach was so helpful, especially having children with us. The pools were refreshing. It was easy to find and had plenty of eating/shopping options.
The condo was very nice and even though it is across the road from the beach, you still have a great view of the ocean from the 17th floor. The only complaint I have is that the elevators were super slow and hard to get. The elevator at the pool on the beach side wasnât working at all so we had to carry all of our beach things up and down stairs every single day to get to the beach. It was very aggravating when you have so much stuff to carry. Other than that, it is a great property.
Wonderful place to stay! Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Very clean and check-in/out process was very convenient. Great place to enjoy family on this long Labor Day weekend!
