We stayed at Embassy Suites Gulf Shores for my son’s soccer tournament, and the experience was awful. At 12:39 a.m., my family had to change rooms due to a broken toilet handle and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod — clear signs the room hadn’t been cleaned. Before moving, we asked Charles to please check the new room to make sure it was clean, and he assured us it was. When we got there, there was a large pile of hair near the shower. Charles and Makayla were both dismissive and uncaring throughout the situation, and there was no manager on site to help.

One of the best Embassy Suites! I will definitely return! The customer service in all areas - housekeeping (love Jerry I hope that is his name), the omelette experts, and the pool staff! Amazing fall break with the kids and we all had the best time.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. However, the only downside was the comfort of the beds. It felt like you were sleeping on a solid piece of wood. But other than that, everything else was fantastic!!! The staff, service, amenities, and food was all amazing! We will be back for sure!

When I first arrived I was given a room I did not reserve. They gave me 2 double/queen beds instead of 1 king. Also it was not the balcony I reserved. Staff said they were overbooked and could not change my room. Mgt was called and she found me a room that met my reservation. Valet staff was great, dining staff great. Maid service was great. Room was perfect. The morning buffet was ok. Powdered eggs gotta go. The evening reception needs more bartenders. Also need more luggage carts. There were none to be found.

We enjoyed the outdoor turfed bar area with LARGE TV outside for viewing football games. The seating was comfortable and plentiful. Great environment. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend for a quick weekend get away.

Great Location

Everything was great as far as the location, food, and our room. Our only issue was the shower gel bottle was completely empty in the shower. The parking situation wasn't great. Upon arriving, we went inside to ask where to park and were told to just find a spot somewhere in the street. This was the weekend of the Shrimp Festival so that was impossible and we were basically forced to use the hotel's valet parking, which was not free. This was our only option. I would have liked to have known this before arriving.

This property was excellent. The location right across the beach was perfect. The upstairs bar was great with a big screen to watch games and the large pool with beautiful views of the beach. Overall this is an amazing place with great staff

It was the worst sleep I have ever encountered. I have video that I would like to share of the noises that went off all night. I'm assuming it was the AC unit. Didn't get any sleep at all and very disappointed. I brought this up with the hotel and they said since I paid in full to Expedia I would have to take it up with them. I am hoping I can get some type of compensation for the loud noises in my room. The hotel was beautiful beside the no sleep.
