A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. Low profile building. 9 floors & we are located on the 7th floor.
QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am
PARKING PASS MANDATORY OR ELSE YOU’LL BE TOWED.NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE
U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 
New boardwalk/walkway to the beach has been installed.

Heroes Retreat 3 is a direct GULF FRONT condo with wonderful unobstructed views of the Gulf of America. For those not used to this "gulf front" lingo, this is what an ocean view condo is on any of the other coast, but better! The water is an array of teals and the soft, white, quartz crystal sand that feels great on your feet. This type of sand isn’t found everywhere. If you have traveled from the Gulf of Alabama to the Gulf side of Florida then you know this is the most perfect sand.

Everything you need for a great vacation is close by from souvenirs, groceries & entertainment to great restaurants. You can just walk across the street to a great local restaurant, the grocery store, seafood market or the ice cream shop. Perfect for couples & families alike. Amenities include; a beach-side pool with hot tub, gazebo, wooden boardwalk to access the beach with an outdoor shower, bicycle racks, beach-side grills, restrooms located at the pool & a fully stocked kitchen. For those of you that are new to staying at a vacation rental, you might wonder what fully stocked means? It means you don't have to bring pots, pans, a griddle, utensils, dishes, kitchen gadgets, etc. It's all here for you & I pride myself on this. Anything to make your stay more efficient & your packing list a little shorter. We know how important coffee is to many of our guest, so there’s even a Keurig two-in-one that does drip coffee and K-cups, coffee grinder, frother, filters & a French press.

So what do you have to bring? Your Gulf front reservation includes a starter set of items. This means a Young Living non-toxic lemon hand soap at each sink, Young Living non-toxic all-purpose cleaner, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, we supply 13 gallon & 4 gallon(grocery store size) trash bags, unscented dishwasher tabs, unscented laundry tabs and coffee filters. This gets you started upon check in. Some guest pack these items so they don’t have to go to the store to replenish them & take away from time on the beach. Some purchase more when they arrive.
You'll need to bring your food, snacks, spices, seasonings, coffee, K-cups, bathing suits, beach towels, beach chairs, hat, sunscreen, beach toys, beach blanket, beach cover-up, flip-flops, phone chargers & a reusable water bottle. (There’s a Zero Water filtered pitcher in the condo)

We provide organic sheets for the beds. Bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths are provided per guest on the reservation. NO more than 6 guest. Linens & towels are not replenished daily like a hotel. A brand new washer & dryer are conveniently located right in our unit for you to use to wash them if needed. **You must request the sleeper sofa sheets if needed.**

2025 upgrades: leather chair, garbage disposal, front door lock, toilet, deep kitchen sink, new faucets, secure pool fencing & entry gates. This area is only accessible by key fob. The key fobs will be in the condo, on the counter, along with your parking pass upon check-in. There is a $40 fee charged if you lose a key fob. If you're on an extended stay (7 days or more) & require a mid-stay clean, it can be requested. This fee is your responsibility.
There are beach chairs & umbrellas for rent, as well as jet skis, parasailing, bikes, paddleboards & much more available nearby. A company sets up umbrellas & chairs right on the beach in front of our building. They can be rented by the day or the duration of your stay. They take care of it all! The other option is to bring your own beach chairs or purchase at various stores close by. Some guest just put their beach chairs in their car at the end of the day at the beach rather than bringing them up to the condo each day. This helps with less sand in the condo too! Items must be removed from the beach every night per city code.

-Keyless entry to front door of condo is convenient. No need to pick up a key.
-Elevators upgraded winter of 2022.
-Washer/Dryer right in the unit and free to use for small loads new I 2024.
-Condo has automatic hurricane shutter.
-Condo has upgraded, top-rated sliding glass door.
-WiFi is complimentary. Entire building went through cable/internet upgrade winter of 2022. 24/7/365 Support.
-I’m here to help pre-booking all the way through your stay & to help you book a repeat stay because you’ll love the view.
-Use of Zero Water filtered pitcher for the cleanest drinking water.
-The built in bunks have a pocket door that can separate them from the living room. This helps out for naps, early risers, night owls and little ones.
-Kitchen table seats 4. Counter area seats 3
-Polywood balcony furniture is a major upgrade. This is premium outdoor seating. No flimsy plastic chairs here. The pieces are safe & sturdy. Only the best for my guest. Please see photos for reference. High top table & seating for 4. Two of the seats can even be used as foot stools. There’s even a lounger to get your daily dose of Vitamin Sea. The view is like being on a cruise without the motion sickness. A perfect spot to dine al fresco. We even have dinnerware & drink ware that can be taken out on the balcony.
-Dolphin viewing right from the balcony. Bring your binoculars!
-We are available year-round. Snowbirds welcome.
-Just an elevator ride down, take a few steps and you’ll have your toes in the sand.
-Pool & hot tub for residents & guest only. Key fob to be used for entry to the pool area.

-Need a fan to sleep? There’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom & in the living room. Also a desktop fan if that's what you might need to get your best sleep while away from home.

Our stay at Seacrest was fantastic! The property was very clean, well stocked and had a balcony with a view right on the beach! It was beautiful! The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Communication with Jen was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful local recommendations. She went out of her way to get information on the Blue Angels practice and the Pensacola area we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend this property to others and hope to return to this or one of her other 2 properties in the future.

This condo suited our family of 4 perfectly. We had a 6 and 8 year old. Always felt safe there and a great view from the balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool, bunk beds, games and movies. Very cute decor and had everything we needed in the kitchen!

Great spot!!

This property was great!! Nice pool and super easy access to the beach. The condo had all the things we needed and then some. Full kitchen and all the dishes and cooking supplies needed to make dinner at home. The shower was amazing after a long day at the beach!! Great water pressure! Also nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry! We even got a complimentary room spray to take home! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and this condo! We plan to come back in the future!!

Wonderful Home Away from home

Our Condo was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything to make the visit comfortable. Communication with the owner, before, during and after was prompt and friendly.It was so relaxing to read on the balcony overlooking the Gulf at the end of the day.We hope to be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The primary purpose of my trip was to watch my grandson as he ran in the state track meet. The bonus was sipping good coffee on the balcony before going out for the day! The accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Jenn went out of her way to personalize local dining and shopping choices. I plan to visit again.

Sunshine, Sand, Relaxation, and excellent communication

We absolutely loved everything about this location. The unit was the perfect size for my family, beautiful view of the ocean, fully stocked with kitchen items, and even a large array of games to play. There is a delicious restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. This host is very thorough with communication and will help with anything you can dream of. She has a binder in the unit with brochures, menus for nearby restaurants, and general activities, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again!
