Designed for comfort and togetherness, Awbrey House features a bright and spacious living area with large sliding glass doors that open to the gulf-front deck, filling the space with natural light and the sights and sounds of the beach.



The home offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable TV, and a grilling area on the deck. Outdoor dining on the back porch seats six, with additional seating available for everyone to enjoy meals together.



Beach access is just steps from the back porch, and guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool with the neighboring home, offering options for swimming and relaxation during your stay.



Covered parking is available for two vehicles under the home, with additional non-covered parking in the driveway.



This property is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental during peak season.

PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
• Pets are not allowed on the beach in Gulf Shores
