Gulf Front, 5 Bedrooms/5 Ensuites, Heated Pool, Fire Pit, 2 Dens, 75" & 65" TVs

We purchased this house in January 2018 and have earned the prestigious Premier Host badge.

Gulf front house (not a duplex unit) with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms all en-suites, and a Private HEATED SALT WATER pool. Walk from our house to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach/gulf from our house or our 2 decks. Watch dolphins swim by in the gulf or pelicans slowly flying by looking for the catch of the day. Four bedrooms have King beds, the 5th bedroom has bunk beds that sleeps 4. All bedrooms have attached en-suite bathrooms. There is a leather sleeper sofa in the second floor den that also sleeps two. The house has two dens. one on each level so adults and kids have their own separate living areas. The den on the first floor has a 75" 4K Smart TV and the den on the second floor has a 65" 4K Smart TV. Both 4K TV's also have a 4K blu-ray DVD player and a 3.1 surround sound bar.
Amenities include 7 Smart 4K TV's. Each bedroom has a 40" or 43" TV. Bunkroom has a Blu-ray DVD player.

We offer self-check in at our beach house. No having to drive to an office and wait in line to be able to check in to start your beach vacation. Electronic keyless lock, just enter your personal 4-digit code and your vacation has begun!

First floor: The den has a leather sofa, leather love seat and 2 chairs, 75" 4K Smart TV with a 4K blu-ray DVD player, 3.1 surround bar, and a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (side by side fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave), ice machine, Keurig coffee brewer, coffee maker, Bartesian cocktail maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, pots and pans. You just need to bring your food; we provide everything to prepare your meals. The dining area has a mahogany table that seats 8 people and 6 bar stools. The dining area also has a beautiful view of the gulf/beach. A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with private baths on this level. Each bedroom has a king bed, 39" Smart HDTV with blu-ray DVD player, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower unit.

We provide two highchairs, two Pack N Plays, and a gate for the stairs.

Second floor: has 3 bedrooms on this level, a den with a leather sleeper sofa, leather chair and ottoman, and a 65" 4K Smart TV with blu-ray DVD player. The den has a beautiful view of the gulf/beach or step outside onto the deck and hear the waves. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath, 43" Smart HDTV with blu-ray DVD player, ceiling fan, and a beautiful view of the gulf/beach. The private bath has a double vanity, garden tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a King bed, 40" Smart HDTV, blu-ray DVD player, ceiling fan, and a private bath with a tub/shower unit. The third bedroom is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds that sleeps four. The bunk room has a 39" Smart HDTV with blu-ray DVD player and a ceiling fan.

Pool area: If the little ones don't want to play in the Gulf, we have a 13x16 HEATED SALT WATER private pool with 8 chaise lounges and 4 chairs. Part of the pool area is covered so you can sit in the shade, or you can lay on our chaise lounges to get that perfect tan. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill in this area. The pool is NOT heated in the following months: November, December, January, February, June, July, August, and September. From March 1 to May 31 and October our pool heater runs 24 hours daily. Our pool heater is a heat pump, and it will heat the water temperature in the pool a maximum of 25* above the ambient (outside) temperature. The pool heater is set to 86 degrees. If you would like the pool heater turned on during November-February, the charge is $35 per day plus 6% tax. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE POOL HEATER IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS: MARCH, APRIL, MAY, AND OCTOBER.

Newest amenity: GAS FIRE PIT. The gas fire pit is located in the sitting area near our heated saltwater pool. Enjoy the warmth of our gas fire pit on those cool nights as you listen to the waves coming in. Just turn on the valve on the propane tank and ignite the burner. No wood required or ashes to ruin your clothes.

We have made the following improvements to our beach house since we purchased it in 2018. All five bathrooms were completely remodeled (see details below); new leather furniture in both dens; new dining table, dining chairs, and bar stools; new furniture in all the bedrooms, all new kitchen appliances; seven smart 4K TV’s; replaced both HVAC units and HVAC duct work; installed a pool heater; converted pool to salt water system, new LVP flooring on the first floor and new carpet on the second floor; complete repaint of the interior and exterior of the house and concreted our parking area.

Bathroom Remodel: we did a complete remodel of all 5 of our bathrooms. The bathroom remodel consisted of replacing the tub/shower units in all 5 bathrooms, new tile surround, new tile floor, new vanities with granite or quartz counter tops, new brushed nickel faucets, new light fixtures, new commodes and new mirrors.

We have 3 security cameras at our house. Two are located in the carport area pointed toward our driveway/street. The other camera is located at the top of the stairs and is pointed toward the stairs/street. The purpose of the cameras is to protect our house when it is vacant. We do not monitor our cameras when our house is occupied.
