The condo is very clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor with a patio to the pool and boardwalk is super convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with pots,pans, and utensils. Linens were clean, and adequate pillows. We were there for spring break, and the weather was less than desirable so having the indoor pool was great. The area is very kid friendly, and family oriented, however, if you plan on doing anything more than the pool and beach, it is pretty far out from civilization. Believe them when they tell you there is only a dollar store unless you go 20-30 minutes back to town. From pictures I was definitely expecting something different when in reality the building is old, the pool situation isn’t anything fabulous, and the hot tub room has to be a health hazard with the overbearing chlorine and no ventilation.‱The WiFi is terrible, and we could only watch tv in the living room. The bedroom tv’s didn’t work due to the WiFi issue. You can’t connect multiple devices. We had zero cell service in the condo.‱Paying 40 a vehicle for parking is absurd. I’m still unsure why you’re paying resort fee parking here. The laundry situation is less than desirable. Paying for washing and drying in basically a laundry mat wasn’t my favorite after paying 40 to park? Beach towels bathroom towels/linens accumulate quickly so let’s lug laundry to a laundry mat.

Fort Morgan is my favorite
..The condo was clean and smelled nice when we checked in. Check-in was easy so we could head right to the beach! This is the first time we were on ground level and it was so nice to skip the elevator!Sassy Bass is yummy and it’s right there! We had drinks and dinner the first night. It was perfect! The little coffee shop is adorable and the food is delicious. The kids did a little bible study there a couple of mornings. It’s called “Selah”.The Condo is furnished to the max, and the layout is perfect! The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. We loved it! It’s like having a house on the beach for a reasonable price. We also talked the the grounds keeper “Tom” each morning. It’s such a pleasant, relaxing place. I don’t think I can go anywhere else!

We couldn’t have been happier with our condo. We were traveling with 4 children ages 1-5 and it was perfect. The rocking chairs were great for getting our youngest to go to sleep. Being on the ground level and having everything right outside our door was just what we needed since we were constantly back and forth for naps. We are already trying to plan our next trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Best vacation ever

Lovely property; perfect for our family, which included a 2yo and 9mo. The children’s pool right outside the condo was a huge hit! There were also chairs which rock—such a help with the baby. Everything we needed was right there and we can’t wait to return!

Feeling of a remote resort!

Maybe it was the week scheduled but our stay was excellent. The property gave us a feeling of being at a remote resort but yet we were close enough to do and see all we wanted. Everyone really enjoyed the property. We all had privacy. Highly recommended!

The condo was overall very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Can’t really complain about the room. The pools on the property could be cleaned a little better. They did not want to give us our third parking pass but the owner got it settled very quickly.

Great views and property

Enjoyed our time here with the ground floor location this made it easy for us to access the beach, pools, tennis courts etc. not too crowded during our stay. Loved the fact that the Sassy Bass veil was onsite. Also just a short drive to Dollar General which had e writhing we needed - food, pool floats etc. my boys had a blast playing pickleball right outside our door!

Family trip

This was a family trip for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We initially thought we would have small kids and the indoor pool would've been great if we had. The complex is very family oriented and super quiet. It was about 20 minutes to get back to Gulf Shores, where most restaurants and shopping is located. I liked being away from all the hustle and bustle and enjoyed our stay. This complex is not pet friendly.

Great!

This is the second time staying at this property. Overall the condo is excellent! Our only issue was with one of the secondary bedrooms (the one with 2 beds). The bed frames were not very sturdy. It felt like the frames would fall apart every time you turned.

Beautiful Location

The Location was perfect... Close to pools, tennis court and a very short walk to the beach. I wish there were more starter supplies provided... We arrived late at night and didn't even have enough to take showers. Overall the location made up for it.

Great Family Location

We enjoyed our stay! It was a close walk to the beach and had a nice pool right outside the condo. Even on a holiday weekend, it wasn’t too crowded on the beach and had a calm, family vibe. The condo was very clean, and we loved that Sassy Bass was at the end of our building! We’d definitely stay again.
