Welcome to Island Villa 5! You must be 21 years of age to book! No pets and no smoking!!



Upon entering the unit, you will immediately walk into the living space!



Located on the left is the living room with comfortable couch with chaise!



On the right is the dining space with table (2 chairs) as well as a comfortable living room chair!



From the living room you can access the fully stocked kitchen on the right as well and the bedroom on the left!



When entering the bedroom, there is a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in-shower.



Enjoy the outdoor patio with access from the primary bedroom.



This unit has been completed renovated with coastal colors, decor, and furniture to give you that 'beach feel' when you're on vacation!



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside the unit, the community pool and grills, the community washer/dryer laundromat (extra fee), and free parking located at the complex.



Enjoy being within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town, the nearby park, and within short driving distance to the beach!



Bring your bike and enjoy all the scenic views in the heart of the Gulf Shores Waterway District!
