BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 1 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The view was good, balcony large enough for two. Comfortable bed and furnishings. We had questions on arrival and got a quick and courteous response from the management company. New appliances and a FABULOUS ice maker in the fridgeSeveral good eating places only a short walk away. After booking I was a bit surprised that parking was not included, although I would guess it was in the ‘fine print’ somewhere. I would stay again

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway in gulf shores! We were right in the heart of the town and were pretty much walking distance from everything! My favorite part was the access to the beach! It was a quick and easy bridge walk to the beach. there were also attendants as soon as you got on the sand to reserve chairs if wanted!

We like the location of this building. The building was well maintained. The unit we were in was a bit dated and the bathroom was tiny but when we had an issue with the furnace Beachball Properties sent a repairman right away and the issue was resolved that same afternoon. We would book in this building again.

The condo was ok nothing special. Small no door on bedroom and to top it all off 50 to park that’s BS. We have stayed at crystal villas in Destin several times and paid nothing to park.

Our vacation

The condo was perfect. Loved the room and our location. Lots of entertainment, stores , and restaurants within walking distance. We just had a little trouble figuring out what floor our room was on and didn’t realize I was going to be charged 44 dollars for a parking permit. We will definitely go back and use them again.

Pros: Location was great! Close to a lot of places within walking distance. Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. King size pillows were wonderful. Upon check-in, our code didn’t work. Called customer service and they had a new working number in under 2 minutes. Cons: condo is dated. Couch wasn’t super comfortable. Cobwebs in vents. Overall, we were happy with the stay of 7 nights. We were in town for a music festival and not looking high luxury.

Very good property

The property was just as it looks in the photos. Everything was great except for the lamps in the bedroom didn’t work, it may have been the light bulbs needed replacing but we didn’t bring lightbulbs. Otherwise, everything else was awesome!

We loved this condo. Well maintained, ocean view, and just a block from restaurants. WONDERFUL air conditioning!! We could see dolphins in the morning. The resort was busy but not crowded. The only negative was it was not clear as to where we needed to go to buy a parking pass. Called the management for the condo, they never called back. We found out we're to buy the pass by asking another guest.

Average room, terrible building.

People are rambunctious, children left unattended, alcohol everywhere. People throwing things off balconies loud music. Thin walls and balconies. Appliances are very old, rusted microwave inside. One burner didn't work. We won't stay there again or book with beachball properties. Read the reviews on Google. I wouldn't recommend. Only good thing is the beach here!

We loved the view from the balcony! Bed was comfortable and everything worked. Didn't care for the open doorway to the bedroom. Flooring needed updating as there are cracked tiles in the kitchen, dining area and bedroom. Faucet in the bathroom sink did not work well. Condo was comfortable but small. Worked for us.
