A LUXURY BEACH experience at Island Royale 1102 awaits you! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been recently updated. The electric FIREPLACE was constructed with STACKED STONE and a beautiful CYPRESS mantle. It sets the mood in the living room and can be utilized throughout the year, with or without heat. There is also a COFFEE bar and a WINE bar, which will provide the perfect place to store your favorite selections. Parking fee is determined by our HOA and is subject to change. One parking pass is provided with your booking, You are allowed to purchase a second parking pass For an additional fee. The parking pass is valid for your full stay, up to 30 days.

The condo offers 2 MASTER SUITES, with both bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathrooms. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with the new queen sleeper sofa. It also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings.

We offer a stocked kitchen that includes basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker, and a crock pot.
We provide start up packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent.
Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines.
Parking for up to 2 cars with Parking permits. Permits must be filled out and displayed on windshield. There are also some covered parking spots that are first come first serve.
GULF SHORES is Alabama's original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Enjoy the family fun entertainment, unique shopping, great food and especially the white sandy beaches and Emerald Waters!

The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay! Don't forget to check out the exercise room, steam room, and sauna on the 3rd floor!

We live in South Louisiana and my family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years because of it's close proximity to our home. We have owned and Operated Rental Homes for over a decade and we take pride in our homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. This is our first vacation rental and we will continue to offer the same level of quality and Southern Hospitality to our clients! Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.

Uber and Lyft is available in the area! No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile or Taxi service. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
One parking pass is included with your stay and must be displayed on windshield while vehicles are parked on the premises. An additional 2nd parking pass can be purchased. The cost for the parking pass is determined by our HOA and is subject to change. There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level. You will be required to submit a copy of your drivers license, provide a contact number, mailing address, email address and sign our rental agreement to complete your reservation.

This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

*** All Guest will be required to provide credit card information for their security deposit. A $300 security hold we will be placed on your credit card on file two days before you arrive and will be released after you depart if there are no damages

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

Thanksgiving getaway

My husband and I decided to spend our first Thanksgiving as truly empty nesters at the beach. This was the absolute perfect location and space for just the two of us! The 11th floor looking out directly over the beach was the perfect view! The fireplace was awesome! There were plenty of towels! If/when we get away just the two of us (or even with another couple) we will definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo!

My family just stayed for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The condo was just what we wanted . . . right on the beach and it was super clean and had everything we needed. The view was unbelievable! We will definitely be back and would also consider staying in one of their other condos too just to have a change of scenery. We would highly recommend McGee Rentals!

Time to relax

Needed some time to get away and 1102 Island Royale answered the call perfectly. Clean and accurately described in listing. Good location and easy access to restaurants, shops and most importantly, the beach 😎🌴🌞!! Although the family wasn’t with us in this trip, it’s a good soot for all ages. Condo host stayed in touch regularly throughout the planning process as well as during our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little nook

We only came for one night and were passing through for a girl's shopping trip. Decided to bring the kiddos. Well, my favorite part was the decor and the balcony. Oceanside views and a fireplace. A slice of paradise. Hope I catch the same unit next year‼️ They thought of everything you needed even games for the kids.

Everything was perfect! The condo was very nice and will definitely be back to stay at the same location. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It is a lil wore out and may need a new one. One side you fall into a hole but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Communication before and during our stay made the process so convenient. Property was beautiful and allowed us to have a perfect family vacation! Girls Get Away

Our stay was amazing! We celebrated a 43-year friendship with a girls get away to rejuvenate and relax. The amenities made it easy for us to prepare meals with a festive presentation. The pictures are an honest reflection of the property. The cushions on the patio have seen better days but everything else was great! The host keeps communication open and timely. We had a small issue to arise upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing unit!!

The unit and facilities are perfect. If you want to cook and eat in, check. If you want to eat out, check! The location is stellar and the views from the lanai are breathtaking, and you’re a short elevator ride and steps away from the beach. Watching the dolphins from the lanai and the lightning storms were a bonus. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back. Rebekah was thorough and succinct on communications up to and after our visit. Some of the best restaurants and attractions are only a few miles away, and we were able to quench our new obsession of Pickleball at the Sportsplex which is only about ten miles away! Made our first trip to Gulf Shores enjoyable on our 25th Anniversary!! Mahalo Rebekah🤙🏼
