We really enjoyed our stay it’s not a fancy hotel but I’m not a fancy girl, our room was nice and spacious wished they had like a dresser to unpack for our stay lol but no biggie the staff were all great and helpful and loved being able to have my corgis with me we will definitely stay again when we go back to gulf shores

The room had a musty smell on arrival. My son had spilled water on the floor so when i wiped it up the floor was just nasty. I had to buy a mop and mop the whole place. The beds are hard and small. The bathroom had a sewer smell coming from it. The mattresses were stained but sheets were clean. The ceiling above the shower needed some attention. Needed to call the front desk but apparently the phone was for show as it didnt work. The stove had not been cleaned, just wiped. Smooth top needs more than just wiping. The fire alarm went off every night at various times. No fire detected but again, couldnt call the front desk. The staff was amazing! Couldn't ask for better.

They told my cousin she was put on an DNR list from 2023. She was on a list for something she said she did not do. When we called the hotel the next day. They said even though she has stayed there many times with no problem the list just updated from 2023 and she cant stay there anymore. They also told me that my cousin agreed to leaving the room a mess, and she did not agree that she did that.So we did not get to stay that night.

Deno, Nikki, and Keisha were absolutely incredible! Hands down the best motel 6 I’ve ever been to. Clean room, all needed amenities. Great location! The staff was the best! Super friendly . Nikki decorates to make the place more like home. It was very warming and cozy! My car battery ended up dead. Deno helped jump it for me. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning crew is doing a very poor job. The entire room smelled of urine, and I realized the smell was coming from the bed comforter, which had several urine stains. Thankfully, the front desk person exchanged it for me, or I couldn't have slept there. Also, the floors, toilet, and bathtub were not cleaned at all.
