Private Beach House in the heart of Gulf Shores!

New home in the heart of Gulf Shores. Perfect vacation spot offering privacy and convenience. Close to all that Gulf Shores has to offer - shops, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and of course beaches!!! Several public beach access points are an easy walk away - 2 short blocks or 0.2 miles. The main Gulf Shores Public beach "Gulf Place" is only 0.4 mile away as well as the location for popular events such as Shrimp Festival, Hangout Festival, and beach volleyball tournaments. The house offers a primary suite with a queen bedroom and ensuite full bathroom. There is a second private bedroom with a queen bed, a small bunk room with 4 twin beds, and a second full bathroom with a double vanity. The main living/kitchen areas are open and conducive to visiting as a group. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities including large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, drinkware, etc. There is a large center island with seating for 8. The deck overlooks the marsh and offers a picnic table for outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. There are 3 smart tv's - one in the living room and one in each queen bedroom. Parking for up to 4 vehicles at the property. Everything about this property is "Just Peachy."

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
* Free guest parking - room to park 4 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's (no satellite/cable available; antenna for local channels in living room), and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with seating.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Impressive from opening the door. I hadn’t taken a vacation/trip in several years and just wanted a place where my kids, acquaintance and I could relax and not have to worry about where we would stay. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Very clean, all amenities we needed and most of all, peace. I would highly recommend booking this place.

Just what we were looking for!

Exactly as advertised. We were looking for something convenient to the Hangout. Nice open floorplan. Utilized the BBQ and picnic table below. The bedrooms did get quit warm as it didn't seem like it cooled as well as the rest but would definitely rent again.

Not very clean

The house had everything we needed and was well appointed but it was not very clean. It needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom sink in the master bathroom was clogged and not from our stay.. I would not rent the same place because of the lack of cleanliness.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay! Perfect size house, we had a mix of adults, teens and a couple of younger kids. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other activities (such as miniature golf) within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Gulf Shores weekend getaway

We were traveling to Foley for a soccer tournament, and so happy we found this home in Gulf Shores. It is just blocks from the beach, and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Two bedrooms plus a cozy bunk room, which the kids loved. Parking was spacious and well-lit. Will definitely be back!

Great house close to beach

We had a nice quiet stay with an easy walk to beach and restaurants. The dryer didn’t work very well and there was no cable television only smart tvs but our family had a lot of fun overall. It felt like a private retreat!

Cute place for our trip

The house is decorated well and generally clean. The bathtub/shower in primary bathroom seemed to be dirty (like it needed the grout and tub cleaned with some bleach), the master bed spread was older and discolored in parts (but seemed clean), some of the towels were unraveled, and the dryer took 3 rounds to dry a load of towels we washed. The house had an odd smell we couldn’t place and didn’t dissipate in the 3 nights we were there. Finally, the door is tricky to lock/unlock and took a bit to get used to. These issues didn’t interfere with our overall experience though. There was plenty of room for us (a couple and a friend) and we appreciated each having our own bathroom. We were within walking distance of the beach, food, and stores. If you are planning on beach time you will need to bring your own supplies and way to cart it to and from the beach (about 5 blocks).
