The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, making it a great option for children, families, or additional guests. Each bedroom features a flat-screen television with cable, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows during downtime.
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
PARKING
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd floor. No trailers or RVs are permitted.

This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.
Monthly rental rates are available November 1 through March 1.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at the office with their government-issued ID present.
