Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 903 at Seawind is a beautifully updated beach front condo!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances...it is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful! You will find extras throughout this condo including a beach cart stocked with a few sands toys, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella to use during your stay!
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a huge 55” SMART HDTV!. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 4 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom both feature king sized beds! All furniture in this condo is new!!! The master bedroom has access to the large gulf front deck! The 'bunk room' features a full sized bed. All bedrooms, living room and bunk room are equipped with Smart HDTV's with access to NetFlix.

The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters. The sofa pulls out to allow for a total of 8 people, if needed.

The large gulf front deck is set up with an outdoor living area!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We loved this condo. We had stayed in the Seawind before and love the location. This condo was significantly more comfortable. I love that it doesn’t have a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is magic and every person in my family took a fat nap on it. The beds are comfy as well. Love the minimal decor items. Love that every room has a smart tv. I also love that the bunk room has a full size bed for my littlest kiddo. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Needless to say, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at Gulf Shores AL

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful, and the residence was clean and exactly fit our needs. Small improvement suggestions would be to send the residence access code with the check-in email to alleviate the stress of not being able to enter the residence upon arrival. Add the Wi-Fi password and TV instructions for each of the different TVs, to packet of material left on-site. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay at this location in the future.

Check out was extremely easy, the getaway gals text back frequently and timely with any questions i had
.the ONLY downside was we had a 3 year old with us and choose the seawind due to splashpad but it was broke the whole time except the lastday

Good place to stay for close beach access.

Property was clean and accessible. Unit in good condition except for the cieling fan in the master bedroom which didnt work. Everything else worked and looked just like the listing pics. Property managers were good to work with. Be aware they do require you to submit ID to them online. The resort itself was really nice.

Beautiful condo

Great location. Comfortable outdoor furniture which is so important to us as we spend a lot of time on the balcony when we are not out and about. There were parking level repairs going on during our stay which were very loud and lasted most of the day for several of the days we were there. But, great stay for the most part.

Beautiful View

The place was spot on as far as cleanliness, with nice balcony with water front view, and spacious . Had a few issues, no lights on balcony, microwave had issues, worked about half the time, floors were sticky, not enough dishwasher pods other than that it was awesome!

GREAT balcony furniture!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice furniture, especially the balcony furniture. This is hard to find. We spent most of our time on the balcony especially since it rained some during our stay. We really appreciated that all of the light switches were labeled. Did not use the pool but it looked too small for the number of units, might be a problem in the summer. Great location near lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy check-in/check-out just going straight to unit with code. Would have appreciated an extra blanket for each bedroom as the bed cover was thin (but nice). Kitchen had all the usual, needed stuff. I liked one of the pans (T-fal) so much, I have ordered one off of Amazon for my house. This unit got a thumbs up from each of us staying there, 5 stars for sure.

Great Beachfront Condo

The property was perfect for our group of four adults. Very clean, and beach & gulf views from balcony were fantastic. Some minor inconveniences, i.e., towel bar in master bathroom was broken and no towel bars in guest bathroom. Amenities were minimal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.

We keep coming back

Our family has stayed here several times now. Great layout and decor in the condo. Love the patio when the weather cooperates. It was rainy this year so we didn’t get to use it as much as we like. Check in is always smooth.

Great condo & location

Had a wonderful time! The condo was clean beyond expectations. The pictures represent exactly how the condo looks. Bed was just a little on the firm side. Would have preferred a little softer mattress but it was suitable for our week stay. Condo is right on the beach. Very close to the water. Could hear and see the surf from our 9th floor balcony perfectly. There is a pool and splash pad right below the building on the beach side so in summer it will probably be noisy with everyone swimming since sound from below travels up quite a bit we noticed. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we decide to go back to the beach in the winter. The kitchen was perfect with lots of counter space and plenty of cookware.

Not the best timing for our stay

The property itself was fine. Beds were not super comfortable and there was not a single blanket or throw and we stayed over Thanksgiving so that would have been nice. Unfortunately, there was also a major beach restoration project that occurred during most of our stay. There were noisy bulldozers outside our unit day and night blocking our view, and worst of all blocking our beach access for over 75% of our stay. The management company credited back one night for our stay and was very nice, but it would have been better to have known this was a possibility and we would have booked elsewhere.
