Spend summer at CuteSea Pie, Cozy 2 BR STEPS from the Beach!

Enjoy your Gulf Shores vacation at Sunchase! This third floor unit offers everything you'll need for your stay and is just steps away from the sugary-white sands of Gulf Shores. If you need a break from the beach, this low-density complex offers a heated pool and hot tub.

Looking for something to do while you're here? Sunchase is 1.5 miles from The Hangout and all the main attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer!

This cozy unit has two bedrooms and one (1) bath within 660 sq ft of living space. The kitchen is all electric and stocked with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, Keurig Duo, and more! There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer in the unit that is available to guests as well. To help you get settled, there is a starter kit that includes: dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towels!

If you want to stay inside, there is plenty of entertainment inside the unit itself. Sit on the queen sleeper sofa to enjoy the large TV in the living room, or watch one of the TVs in each bedroom. We have card games and board games for your enjoyment, as well!

Outside there are charcoal grills near the pool and newly renovated hot tub, and of course, the main attraction, direct access to the beach!

Please note that there is one reserved parking space that has to paid for at the time of arrival for this unit and three additional guest spaces on the left side of the complex that are first-come, first-serve for the complex. Cost for parking is $53. There is additional, free beach parking that is just a short walk from Sunchase.

Sorry, but no pets or smoking allowed.

**There are no elevators at Sunchase, so you will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to our third-floor unit**

Sent me the wrong door code and didn’t answer when I got there to check in and to get into my place. Was left essentially stranded and had to rebook what I had planned months in advance to a trip with less days to account for having to buy a new VRBO the night of. Terrible experience. If you’re going to host be sure your guest has safely made it into their room before passing out for the night.

It was a cute little condo. The beds were super comfortable. It was clean for the most part, but didn’t feel clean related to the stains on the couch, light bulbs that burnt out, and the furnace filter (we changed).There were a ton of bathroom towels!! The pool is not the size it looks in the picture. Super close walk to beach!!

Host was very responsive with my questions. The small pool is great as it is heated as the weather was a bit chilly when we were there so that was nice. There are a lot of steps to get to the unit, but with all the nearby great food, stairs were good :)

Host was welcoming and the room was nice but communication was very bad. When I ask about how to get access to the pool I was told the pool was under maintenance, but we did not see any. Day before we left a key fob for the pool was delivered. We did receive a 75 refund from Dustin. I don’t know if that was for not having access to the pool or because we left 1 day early for Michigan because of the coming winter storm.

This was a beautiful updated condo. It had everything we needed and the beach area was perfect. Close to everything, but still very quiet. The host was very responsive. Not a negative for us, but the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Our son still had a great time in it. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great, walking right out onto the beach. Appreciated the “no pets” policy. The host was very communicative and was nice to deal with. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The living room furniture was severely stained, the kitchen cabinets and appliances had appeared to not be wiped down in a long time, and the shower liner had mold growing on it. The cleanliness was really our only disappointment, but is important to us.

Condo looks just like the picture!!! We enjoyed staying right on the beach and got to see dolphins while on the beach both days. My children really enjoyed that. The furniture in the living room needs to be cleaned or replaced. The kichen was stocked with cookware, but refrigerator was a little dirty. Found hair in the tub, from the last guests and dust on side tables. We just cleaned out the tub. Overall, great location, close to everything and responsive host. I would rent again, but those stairs are not fun.

Graduation Success

This trip was for my son who recently graduated High School. The condo was perfect for us. The beds were nice and comfy. The condo was stocked adequately. The location was perfect and was close to many attractions. The beach access was FANTASTIC!!! I will say if you are older like I am and not used to climbing stairs it may be a challenge. Overall I am impressed and definitely happy with our stay. I would love to come back

Great Location

I stayed here with my kids and the location of the property was the big plus for us. Right on the beach, and just across the street is a convenience store, ice cream shop, and The Beach House restaurant (very reasonably priced with delicious food and wonderful service). There were some beach umbrellas in the kitchen closet that my pale friend and I very much appreciated. The kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. However, when we went to open the sleeper sofa there were a LOT of tortilla chip crumbs under the cushions, some of which had fallen through onto the bare mattress. There is a broom provided in the kitchen, but no vacuum which made it difficult to clean ourselves. Clean linens for the couch bed were sealed in a nearby bag, so we managed alright. Later in the trip we got down some bed blankets and one of them did not seem to be clean. These were the only issues we had. As other reviewers have mentioned, the unit is on the 3rd floor so be sure you can handle three flights of stairs. I appreciated the extra chance of exercise, but I know not everyone can manage it. The parking spot for this unit is actually one of the easiest ones to access for the building, which is a perk. The walk down to the shore is nice and easy, which is extra great when you have to go back and forth a lot with your kids. We made a lot of great memories here.

Good Place

It is right on the beach and the place is very nicely completed. The pool is much smaller than I thought it was looking at the pictures. The host was incredible with my information and responding was 100%. We would go back for sure.
