Surfside Shores 1306 is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath west corner unit with Gulf-front views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Located just one mile west of the Hwy 59/Hangout intersection, it is close to numerous shopping and dining destinations. The property features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.

‱ Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom; northside balcony access is from the third bedroom

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

View was beautiful, bedroom 2 the bed was broken down. (Needs an update) some of the dishes were still dirty but put away. It does need some TLC.. paint chipping on walls. Couch needs to be replaced. The floors were filthy on arrival.. instantly took shoes off when we arrived and felt grit and was dirty walking to the balcony door.. We did allow a showing during our stay, but the day before we left I got a call stating if we “allowed” them to show on the day after we left I could receive 100 gift card due to it being declined from people after us. I stated we are leaving in the morning and that wouldn’t be us.. personally I think some offer for the people that do open up for showing should receive something after the inconvenience it troubles us..

My family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had a very nice stay at this unit! We loved the balcony, the pool, and the very short walk to the beach! The units balcony and pool were in shade in the late afternoon making it nice to escape the heat. It was clean, roomy, and well furnished, including suitable beds.Overall the unit provided a very enjoyable stay for us! Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had a few suggestions. We didn’t have a broom or dishrags. The mattresses need to be upgraded. Other than that it was clean and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.

Took my 18 year old granddaughter who just graduated from high school for a little get away. Perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean. Nice set up with bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable.

Great week-end

My three daughters and I stayed for the week-end. The condo was super clean! It had all the things that you would need for a vacation. It is in a convenient location. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t need to communicate with them while there, but before going was very nice. Beautiful view of ocean! Great balcony! Would stay again!

Nice Getaway!

When booking this room for our vacation this year I didn’t realize that we stayed here before. Two summers ago we stayed on the 8th floor with my in laws. We enjoyed our stay but they were in the middle of renovations and it was difficult to replace with men pressure washing the front balconies and getting paint chips on my car and on the last day the elevator broke so we had to carry all our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. This time was a very different experience. My wife and I loved the room and the host company did a great job with communicating with us during our stay. I believe Surf Side is under different management. We will be back next year!

This was a very nice condo in a nice area. Parking is right by the building which was great and the condo is close to the beach so you don't to carry your beach items very far like some condos that sit way back from the water.

State Championship

We came down to stay for my daughter state track meet at the sportsplex. The place was very nice and clean. It was also conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and only a short drive to the sportsplelx. I would definitely stay again next year.

Great for family with small children

We loved our stay here so much because it was very easy to get back to the room with little ones from the beach or pool. The condo is conveniently located on the 3rd floor right next to the stairs so you can just skip the elevator with minimal effort. Our group had 3 kids (2,5,8) and grandparents. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The mattresses were everyone’s only complaint as they are a bit beyond their useful life. You can get by if you bring your own pillows and blankets like we did. The heated pool is a great bonus at this facility but the kiddie pool is not heated so bring floaties for the big pool. The beach was perfect too since this area doesn’t have many mega buildings with high occupancy. We definitely plan to return!

Long weekend stay

The condo itself was laid out very nice. Good size space for 6 people. It could use a deep cleaning as the floors weren’t clean and there was splash marks on the bathroom vanity and doors. I would recommend bringing some extra laundry detergent to wash bath towels with as there isn’t that many per person.
