You MUST call or message us once you have made the reservation if booking online, or through a 3rd party site such as Airbnb, VRBO, or . There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate.
