Enjoy the best of the Alabama Gulf Coast at this 7th floor three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at the new Phoenix Gulf Shores.
Relax on the tiled 290-square-foot beachfront balcony overlooking the breathtaking sugar-white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
Step through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to all of the comforts of home.
The living area makes way to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cabinets with a cognac mahogany finish and a large kitchen bar. A matching wet bar offers an icemaker and the makings for some extra relaxation.
The inviting coastal decor flows through all of the bedrooms.
· Master bedroom features a King-size bed, direct balcony access, a cushioned armchair, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master en-suite has a two-sink vanity, granite countertop, walk-in shower, jetted tub and cognac mahogany cabinets.

Great Condo

Property was just as advertised. Great view of the beach, indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, common areas were very well kept, parking garage was well-lit, overall a great rent for our Gulf Shores family vacation. Traffic was a small nightmare which is in no way the fault of the property (just something to keep in mind if you visit GS on Memorial Day week.) The check-in process was perfectly seamless. All properties should run this smoothly.

Property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We had a girls getaway and the location and beach was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Loved the ice machine in the wet bar. Perfect to fill a small cooler for the beach.

Blue angels flyover

The property is exactly as pictured. We were impressed with both the architectural design and the interior design. Indoor pool design also unusual with a slow incline walk in instead of steps. The first day we were there we were treated to a close by flyover of the Blue Angels! Didn't see them, but could hear them the next few days. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo

Property was beautiful and beautifully decorated. Furnishings were more than adequate and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice glasses, dinnerware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, and nice cutlery. However, we were a Family of seniors and two of the chairs at the dining table were weak and wobbly. The TV console in the living area had a few serious blemishes and there was a crack in one of the refrigerator drawers. In the bedroom with the two queen beds, the remote control was missing.

Great place to stay. Pics showed comforters on the beds but when we arrived there was 1 blanket in between 2 sheets. I was told it was because of COVID? Odd. So bring your blankets.
