Welcome to The Seaquel, a 2024 new construction build, a unique and inviting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach property designed for your perfect getaway. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all. The Seaquel's first floor is ideal for physically challenged adults. Doors are extra wide, a big bathroom with shower, and the washer and dryer are on on the first floor along with a fully functional kitchen. Soft close cabinets are throughout the first floor. The upstairs bedroom features a tub with a shower, while the bunk room includes built-in bunk beds, ideal for kids or adults. Wall-mounted TVs in every room provide entertainment (YouTube TV streaming) after a day at the beach.

Need more space? Pair The Seaquel with the neighboring Blues Away (a 2-bedroom, 3-bath property) for an ideal setup for two families. Stay close, yet enjoy the comfort of your own separate retreats.
