Tropic Isles 701 boast 2 king beds and 1 designated covered parking space

Tropic Isle #701 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 4. Both master and guest bedroom have king beds. This unit has a designated parking space under building labeled 701.

Tropic Isle is an 8 story building with 5 units per floor located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tropic Isle has an outdoor pool and grilling area.

STAY AND PLAY

Cute condo!! Small building so not very crowded. That was a huge plus! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to slow their pace. Bed in second bedroom had a topper and it kept moving! Not comfortable!! Main bedroom bathroom shower was very dark! Overall we enjoyed our say.

For the most part it was a great place. The master bath was lit by the dimmest light bulbs that existed. So it was like walking into a cave. The master bath shower had a bunch of hair in it when we got there. The dishwasher didn’t work and after calling it in we were told that maintenance would be there and they never showed up. The stove had burners that were broke and didn’t work. Balcony furniture was old and cracked. So sitting in it was perilous to say the least. Would have been great to have a table on the balcony as well. But For the most part it was a pleasant overall stay. We liked the pool. We loved the view from the balcony. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. Communication with the management team was fast and responsive. For the most part it was a good place. When dealing with a lot of properties I understand that if tenants don’t report everything then it is hard to know what to fix.

Peace and solitude

I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival with my best friend, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It could use some updating in the bathrooms but wasn’t a problem for me. I hope to stay here again next year.

Our third fun stay at the beach!

The condominium is very secure, rules are observed. The specific rental in this trip was exactly what we wanted: spacious, with great amenities, To enjoy a truly relaxing vacation, we did not have to set up an umbrella on the beach. We could simply enjoy the view.

Last Minute Labor Day Getaway

We decided at the last minute to see if we could find a condo on the beach in order to be able to relax with family and friends to celebrate the end of summer. Condo 701 was the cutest little quite place we were hoping for please much more. We have been coming or Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for over twenty years with our children and family and this little gem was just what we needed. We meet so many new friends on the quite beautiful beach on the west side.

Amazing stay!!

We had an amazing time on our week long trip. The condo was super nice and just what we were expecting. The building only had 1 elevator and yet we were never waiting! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone else.
