Great space and cannot beat the location. The stairs were just outside the condo door and one flight down to pool/beach access. So convenient!

Perfect for larger family

Newly blended family with 6 kids ranging from teen to new walker. We enjoyed being together but still having space to spread out. 3 bathrooms was great. Being on the beach was EXACTLY what we needed. Very pleased with the balcony and all the condo had to offer.

Great condo, wonderful view

We had our 3 daughters (+1 boyfriend) and the condo couldn’t hardly have worked out any better. Plenty of room & the arrangements were great with each kid having their own bed. Getting down to the beach is nice & easy. The pool area was terrific, as well. If I really wanted to nit pick my only complaint would be that the deck furniture would be better if it were bar height so the railing wouldn’t block the fabulous view at all… if I wanted to nit pick.

All the essentials

The property is not fancy and could use some TLC, but the location is amazing and the property management company is easy to work with and very responsive. Pricing reflects condition. This is a low floor condo so you will hear sounds from the beach or pool and occasional road noise- it did not bother us.

The location and beach were perfect. Communication with host was very good. Cleanliness and upkeep of the condo were terrible. Many surfaces were covered in dust and grime. Appliances did not work properly and needed repair. The drip bucket under the kitchen sink was filled with stagnant water and there was a fruitfly infestation. The management company did offer to reclean when we raised our concerns, but this condo needs a very thorough deep clean and several repairs.

Was not happy that there was not much beach that caused over crowding and not so good fishing. Not a fan of not being able to see the whole beach for sunrises and sunsets. Condo was not in the best shape and cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom. I had to fix the shower door because it was missing a fastener and could have fallen off the track.

Condo had roaches on staircase and lots of smokers in the halls/balconies. Pool deck is deteriorated. It’s just an old old building. Ceilings in kitchen and hall are 7’ and 8’ in rest of condo. Will not rent again

The beach, the pool and the sleeping arrangements were as described. Our biggest disappointment was in the lack of cleanliness of the condominium. From the moment we arrive, we noted in multiple areas there was a lack of cleanliness with respect to the floors and despite the fact that there are no pets allowed, the rugs and carpets smell this though animals have been sleeping there. The washer and dryer struggled to meet our needs. Multiple pots and pans were either broken or cracked, but there were still plenty of them for us to make do. This is our sixth time staying in the specific unit, and we are probably not going to return unless assured these issues are addressed.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has a fantastic location and the view is gorgeous. We saw dolphins daily. It is a very short walk to the beach from the condo. We also really enjoy takeout from S&S Seafood. This made for a very comfortable vacation since everything was right there. The only real issue we had was cleanliness. There was food on the plates in the cabinet, crumbs in the silverware drawer organizer, and crumbs in the microwave when we got there. The kitchen was most definitely not cleaned with any sort of precision. The unit is older and needs updating and a good cleaning. There were cobwebs in the corner of one of the twin bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

The unit was tidy but not clean. The floor looked like it had never been mopped. Our grandson's hands and knees were almost black from dirt from crawling on the floor within an hour of getting into our condo. The A/C did not work properly. The 3rd bedroom never really cooled off and the master bedroom was so cold we had 3 blankets on the bed to stay warm. The complimentary toilet paper consisted of three squares of tissue. My son found a spit cup under the couch and popcorn kernels left from previous tenants. Would be very hesitant to recommend this condo.

Everything was in good condition and close to all areas.Really thought it might be nice to update the decorations and such. everything is a bit dated but this did not affect the use or enjoyment of our stay.One suggestion would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies, something to clean the counter tops and glass surfaces and stove top. We actually cooked most of our meals and dishwater works OK but a better spay cleaner would be nice.Thank you for a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started the vacation off rough when we were told, upon arrival mind you, that we could not get into the condo until "hopefully" at 5:00PM. Even though our reservation CLEARLY said we could check in starting at 3:00PM, when we arrived we were told that check in time was from 3:00 until 5:00PM and that was to give THEM more time, not us. That check in time wasn't for our benefit, it was for them. Then, we were told that we would "hopefully" be in the condo by 5:00PM but it was still be cleaned so they would call us as soon as it was ready. When I asked what type of discount we would be receiving considering we weren't allowed in the condo when promised, I was laughed at. As for the space itself, it was fine. Nothing special or fancy. The counter tops are granite, so I'm sure that's supposed to make up for anything else lacking. There were just enough towels, but not one extra. But, the access to the beach and the pool, being that it is on the first floor, was great. The condo would be fine for another stay, but I will not rent from Bender Reality again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great this year. The weather was perfect and our condo was very nice. It is very roomy and perfect for a large family. The only complaints i heard from my family was about the mattress's. They said every room had very uncomfortable beds.
