I was really happy with this property. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. I had several family members staying with me, and we were very comfortable here. I do think it could have been a little cleaner (the carpet and rugs were showing signs of stains and wear) and I wish there had been a better vacuum and broom for cleaning the sand that comes with beach trips. However, I would definitely stay here again in a year or two if we return to this area.

Nice house-2 minute walk to beach
Several housekeeping issues on arrival-several used towels left from last guests in a bathroom, food wrappers on bedroom floor, crumbs/sand on kitchen counter on arrival. Otherwise House was nice-as pictured. Stair rails need painting inside.2 minute walk to beach! If you have never been to Ft Morgan, note that there are about 5 oil rigs in the Gulf you can see from the beach, some fairly close, but we did see lots of dolphins also,which was fun! 15 minute drive to a big grocery store/most restaurants, but if you normally live in a city, it would take you that long to get to store anyway.

Nice home with fantastic location!
Perfect for our family of 10! Plenty of room , short walk to the beach in a cute, gated community. Nice pool area to relax after a day at the beach. The only downside was the cookware. The frying pans need replaced.

PERFECT Family Vacation
This is our first time staying at this home, but have stayed in this neighborhood many times and absolutely loved it! I was the perfect size for our group of 8, and the home had little extras that made it a great experience. Kitchen items, grill, towels, and tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend and planning on coming back!
