Cute 1 bedroom 1 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps four is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix All Suites.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Great view and location

This was the perfect space for a long weekend get away for a couple friends and I. Great location to places to shop, eat and have a few drinks, just a quick walk away. You can easily hear music from the Hangout out on the balcony. The balcony offers a great view. Storage space in the bathroom is tight, don't plan to leave much in there, as there is only one very small shelf above the sink. Not a deal breaker for most, just worth noting. The view and location more than make up for the inconvenience in my opinion. Perfect size for a couple, worked well enough for three adults.

Needs Maintenance

Great view from the patio! Wonderful, comfortable, King-sized bed made all the difference. Not thrilled with no hooks or more shelves in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes, and put toiletries. Loved the shower head that you can attach and detach. No washer and dryer like I thought there’d be. But the pictures did show everything as is. Elevator’s lack of maintenance- one broke, one button not working on the other. Smelled for 2 days like rotten fish, until we complained. Overall-Had a great stay and the patio with gulf view and the bed made it a great place to stay. Price was cheaper than all we looked at.

Great location, just okay facility

For what we paid, we expected better. There were only two elevators for the entire building so there were often long waiting times to get an elevator. There were only three washers and dryers for the entire facility and only two of each were working. On a positive note, it was in a great location for access to the beach and restaurants and the office staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom really needs updating

There was only a small shelf to put our toiletries. Therefore, we had to keep everything in our bags and get it out each time we were getting ready. This was a handicap accessible room and the shower head had to be removed to be able to take a decent shower. There was mold and mildew on the showerhead cord. The den and kitchen area was very nice with a great view. There was sand in the king size bed and the tv was not working properly. There had been a storm to come through before we arrived. The staff immediately sent someone up to see about the television and had the bedroom cleaned. The staff was very responsive.

Came to stay for just 2 days. Enjoyed it very much. The beach is perfect and right there. The room fantastic. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, or cook in the well appointed kitchen.

Elevated situation not good. Great location. Didn't have to get in the car for the entire stay. Short walk to entertainment and restaurants. Loved Mikees! Great food there!

Great place for families!

The view from our room was fantastic! Beautiful water and beaches. We watched dolphins swim just off shore each morning and Blue Angels do fly overs from the base in Florida. We even had sea turtles nest right in front of our balcony window! The property is quiet, clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed (bring your own spices). It is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, gift shops and entertainment venues. The only issue we had was the elevators are touch and go. They are very slow and often out of service. It was only a major inconvenience for us when transporting luggage, otherwise we used the stairs. We look forward to our next stay.
