The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room are amazing! There are not any condos next to you that take away from your privacy and views! We have the only units in Phoenix Gulf Shores where the TV is mounted on the East side which provides views of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas all while you are sitting in the comfort of the power leather sofa's. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room, dining room, and 3 of the bedrooms provide amazing views. It has 2 king bedrooms and two bedrooms have 2 queen beds each for a total of 6 beds in 4 bedrooms. We also provide an 1 queen size luxury air mattress.
Phoenix Gulf Shores, (the newest condo in Gulf Shores) features 80 Gulf Front Condominiums with 4 high speed elevators. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Phoenix Gulf Shores will be within walking distance to the Hang-out, new Gulf State Park, fine dining, shopping and concert/festival venues.
-Up to 3 parking passes can be purchased from the HOA at $35 for each vehicle for your stay ( for the full stay) and even more in non-peak season
