First time using a Vrbo and we loved it! The location is close to restaurants and stores. The property was clean and staff were friendly. Easy communication with the owners. The ocean view is beautiful especially the sunsets!

Great layout and excellent location—just 5 minutes from town, Dos Rios Golf Club, and Hartman Rocks Recreational Area, and only 30 minutes to Crested Butte and Elk Creek Marina. The owner was very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here - the house was clean and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy. The kids loved the trampoline and climbing tree and swings in the backyard! Would stay here again!

Excellent location and a lot of space.

We enjoyed the location, the decor and the updates to the house. We saw a lot of wear and tear and a need for some additional updates and deep cleaning. I am sure that it is an uphill battle to maintain the cleanliness of a group vacation home. Temps are hard to maintain between upstairs and downstairs and heating system is very loud at night. Dining space is limited for a group. Extra linens and some basic items (seasonings and foil, etc) were appreciated! Beautiful outdoor setting and play area for kids.

Western CO University Family Weekend

This property was amazing! What a beautiful home with deer in the backyard. So, wonderful... We invited my kids' friends over for dinner. They jumped on the trampoline and viewed the deer. We had an amazing time connecting with our two kids and assisting and encouraging them with their homework. One is a transfer student and the other is a freshman. Best Stay Ever

We stayed with with some family for hunting season. This was the.best house we’ve stayed at in Gunnison the 20 years my husband has been coming. . This home was so cozy and just perfect.. Plenty of room, comfy beds and a great location. I rode my Bike to town and surrounding neighborhoods. I hope we can get this House next year because it exceeded our expectations.

Money Well Spent!

Large home with plenty of bedrooms, large living area, kitchen and dining. This was SO much better than a hotel. We had room to spread out and relax when we weren't hiking or exploring the local scene, and had everything we needed to store our groceries and cook some meals. Bedrooms are spacious and had tons of closet space. Loved the availability of the washer/dryer on site. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Incredible adventure base

Great spot for a family adventure at Hartman Rocks and the Whitewater Park. Bike to Hartman for a lap on perfect trails, climb a few routes and then head back and walk to the kayak park for an afternoon surf! One of our all time favorites.

Very nice cabin, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our family of adults in Gunnison for hunting and fishing.. Kitchen was well supplied. Had a coffee maker as well as the Keurig, even had a crock pot. Breakfast nook larger than appeared in photo, easily seats 6, even 8. Nicely and comfortably furnished. We would come here again.

Family vacation

The area was great. We were close to the river and Hartman. The house is great for large families and children had plenty of space to run around. The loft is cool however the ladder is steep and is over looking the basement steps There are no hand rails on outside porch stairs or on the stairs leading to the basement. Which made it difficult for the children to climb. The owners removed the trampoline at some point too. This was a summer vacation and over all we had a great time. I’d wish the owners would add in the description that the house does not have air conditioning I understand most places don’t. But it would have been nice to know before we booked

Awesome vacation

Everything was wonderful from the check in process to the check out day. Great communication. The fire/carbon monoxide alarm started beeping, I messaged, someone came to check it promptly and the battery was changed with no further problem. The house was clean and well stocked with all the things you need. Nice town close to slot of beautiful scenery!!!
